Good service and explained everything

No pressurised sales, staff member in Chester very helpful left us to make up our own mind but in hand to answer any questions.

We were meet by Kirsten as we walked in, my dad is in his 90s and can’t walk far Kirsten ask him what he was looking for and took us straight to a sofa that was exactly what we were looking for. She was very professional and looked after us and Dad was really happy. He’s looking forward to receiving his new sofa, thank you Kirsten

To be fair Pete kept us interested in your products, we stopped by before going into DFS, he was so informative on all the products that we viewed and there was a few 🤣. Of course we ended up coming back as we felt we knew what we were getting for our hard earned cash. Pete was great, friendly and personable. 10/10 for Pete alone, we're just hoping the sofa gets the same score, but we trust his advice and are excited to receive it in a few weeks!

Excellent Sofa, loads of options.
Most importantly the salesman, John was excellent, informative, helpful and didn’t hassle or rush anything. A credit to the company.

Knowledgeable staff really polite and helpful not pushy

This was our first experience of Sofology and are pleased to say an extremely positive one. All staff were friendly, highly professional and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to delivery of our new settee.

We were dealt with by Pete, who was very helpful, it was nice to have someone who was pleasant & layed back and gave us plenty of time on our own after informing us of the designs closest to what we were looking for, with no pressure. Even stayed over his finish work time & with a bad back to go through everything with us. Thank you

We had a man called John in the Chester shop that was honest,true full and found a 2 and 3 sofa that ticked off all the boxes I needed to purchase the right set. I have a lot of arthritis,and knew what would suit me more. I felt as if I had known him for years. He's a fantastic member of your staff. We both felt happy with our purchase. Superb experience at Sofology Chester with Nic this week. She was really friendly and made the whole process feel relaxed and easy.
She helped us choose the perfect sofa that will withstand 2 small children! She set up our account so we knew we were ordering the right pieces. Highly recommend her service. Thank you Nic!!
