We have been looking for a new suite for a numbers of months and visited many shops. All were good and staff nice.
However, Sofology at Chester were finally our first choice.
Great range of products. Staff were really good. We delt with Daniel, who really knew his stuff and able to answer all of our questions.

Ive never bought from Sofology before but after all the furniture shops we visited in Chester, Sofology had the best range in our opinion.
Staff were very helpful and we didnt feel any pressure (like some shops)
Peter and Julia were amazing.
Can't wait to get our sofas now.
We chose the OSCAR range.

Was served by Julia when we visited the store and she was really friendly & very helpful. She explained the whole process of purchasing the sofa we had our eye on with no pressure at all. We went away to think about it & she’s since helped me step by step in processing the order online. Lovely lady.

Great service, relaxed approach. The store was clean, tidy and inviting. We were greeted on entrance by Luan and she was happy to check in on us and answer all of our questions. When we decided to buy Luan took us through the whole process in great detail and happily answered our questions clearly. Very happy with the order process.
