I was more than pleased with the service received in choosing a new sofa yesterday, I think the experience was due to the assistance that we had from Shannon, she was excellent an couldn’t do enough to help us, she made suggestions an assisted us in trying several sofa configurations and wasn’t over powering but very supportive and honest an helpful.

Linda was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient, helping us to choose the sofas with the features we were looking for.

Linda the sales woman was very knowledgeable and gave great advice and help enabling us to choose the right sofa for us.

Just been in to find and buy a sofa. Kim helped us a lot and was very patient and helpful. Didn’t feel pushed or sold to at all. Thank you Kim! I can’t speak for the sofa yet, but can highly recommend the Cannock store

Great staff Sonny really helped us and was really supportive and patient.

Wasn't pressured, was left to look around and was available when we needed to purchase.
The lady really knew her stuff with regards the product and it was a very simple process to purchase.

Went several weeks before Christmas found the experience relaxed and casual. The staff were genuine and let you look around. We found our sofa and asked for help and Kim duly obliged. She was friendly, knowledgable, professional and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We didn’t want to purchase there and then and Kim was not pushy and kept all the information for a return visit. We went in today asked for Kim who again couldn’t have been more of a help in ordering our sofa and reiterated all the information to ensure we ordered exactly what we wanted. Also there was an offer on so the final price was less than previously quoted. Thanks Kim great service.

Beautifully laid out store with plenty of choices of sofas. Kimberley proved very helpful without being pushy. Once we had made a choice Kimberley was on hand to give us the advice we needed. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Our sales consultant was very patient, knowledgeable above all open and honest. Nothing was too much and on hand for any queries we had.

It’s now January 5th and I’ve still received no response from Sofology, despite repeated attempts to contact them. I even had an email back, asking me if I was trying to arrange delivery! This company is awful. I’ve spent over £12,000 in 7 years, I’ll never spend another penny. And I will make sure that everyone I speak to knows to avoid them.

Sunny from Cannock store was really helpful, sent a good amount of time talking us through everything we needed to know, happy with my choice ~ can’t wait to receive my sofa now!!

I am waiting an urgent call from a manager. Twice now you have failed delivery. And when I phone they don’t know where my order is and I have a ticket raised from Saturday. I have no sofa. It’s a week before Christmas where we have family over with no where to sit.

Shannon, the lady who helped us on both occasions, when we first came to look and today when we purchased the sofas could not have been more helpful. Her lovely customer service and recommendations definitely encouraged us to go with sofology. She was absolutely fantastic!

Staff friendly not pressured left to browse but staff helpful when needed.

Kimberley was so warm and welcoming she made our decision easy.

Welcomed which was nice as other companies didn't. Sunny was great stayed with me and answered all my questions and also gave me time.
