Still no contact from sofaya in regards…
Still no contact from sofaya in regards to my dogs. They have ignored all my emails and messages and now I will be taking it further. This has been going on for weeks and weeks now and the company feel it’s ok to ignore and not respond. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Ordered samples which I never received
Ordered samples which I never received. I emailed them no response. So will not be purchasing from them if they can’t even respond to a simple email.

Great quality but could improve on communication.
Initially there was a missing item. The only improvement I'd recommend, would be to have a contact number as I'd emailed for 3 days and had not received a response. Turns out sofaya were true to their word and sent the missing item the following day and it was the courier who didn't deliver on time but improvement on communication would be beneficial as we would not have sent so many emails or questioned the legitimacy of the company had we have known. Quality of sofas are great and the delivery driver was very helpful, friendly and apologetic when realised there was a missing item.
