I purchased medicur pro for £299
This has had absolutely no effect on back and other pains. Desperate for any relief I was conned into buying a plastic box with flashing ligts which does nothing.

My review concerns a product rather than the company.
The Car Handy Bar is an ingenious little gadget which fits in the door lock of the car and is most helpful for people with mobility issues to get in and out of the car.
The design is simple but it is most effective and helpful. The designer should win a prize.

This company should be ashamed of itself. My stepfather suffered ill health and was targeted by Snowden health reps ringing him up. They just kept selling stuff to him when he already had enough. When he died we found over £1500 of unopened packets of various items not to mention any more packets that he had opened and only partly used. I tried some of the products myself. All they did for me was to give me an adverse skin reaction.

I can not thank this company enough. My father has Alzheimer’s and ordered a mobility scooter which I was horrified to find out from him, but when I called the Customer Service Manager - Claire - she had already picked up on this and was relieved that I’d called. They are refunding the money and Claire has gone above and beyond her duty. The fact she’d listened to the call from my father and spotted something wasn’t right and did her due diligence was fantastic. Spoke to a few of the ladies in the team who are truly delightful, professional and helpful. I can’t thank them enough for not exploiting my very vulnerable father. So many other companies would do.

I bought 3 packets of prostate patches from Snowden. They charged £5.95 postage, whereas the actual cost for a 1st class large letter is £1.29. When I queried this, they said the charge was "standard". It is not "standard", it is blatent racketeering

Ordered a product in mid November… as of December 13 still have not received it. Asked for info. They gave me a Royal Mail tracking number which does not confirm receipt. Package is stuck somewhere. Sent email asking for info. So far no reply.

My 93 year old neighbour suffering with dementia has been sold about £1500 worth of products by representatives of Snowden Healthcare. She hasn't used even a small fraction of what she has been sold. I believe that the salesperson/s did not act appropriately when selling to this vulnerable person.

I bought Glucosamine Gold Gel: order number 20261393784915501 and paid extra through Amazon as this product was a gift for my mother in Ukraine. Even though I paid extra the product did not arrive and as a result, could not gift this to my mother.

Tried their Saw Palmetto Prostate Patches conscientiously for two months. Result: absolutely useless. Snake oil. Don't waste your money.

Horrendous company. Constantly contacting my 90 year old grandmother trying to sell her things she doesn’t need. But as she’s getting on and a bit confused they persuade her she does. Never checking what medication she is on which is a lot. The latest arrived this morning. An electric thing that’s supposed to take away her pain from arthritis. She paid £180 and doesn’t even know what it is. When I rang to request a return I was told someone would call me back as there is only 1 person who knows the returns procedure ? Should be ashamed of themselves !

Constant COLD CALLING despite being told we had been removed from any future calls. Hard sell of products that would react with current medication. Does someone have to die before this company gets shut down ?

Thank you Snowden Healthcare for your CBD patches! I use all you CBD product, oil & balm, been using your patches for 5 days now & find they are a natural addition to controlling my daily pain & are so easy to use!
I have been using Snowden products for the last 20 months, I suffer with fybromyalgia & have daily pain in my joints & muscles together with headaches, I have medication from my consultant but always to for natural products to avoid taking stronger pain killers.

Can't prove it but strongly suspect that my fathers bank details and health problems were sold on to a company called well being after he purchased products from snowden.

Product good (expensive, IMO, but effective and delivered quickly) but bombarded afterwards with tons of unwanted mail. I suspect they sold my details to other companies too.

Both the product and speed of delivery has met my expectations but I have to use the product for a period of time before I can assess the final outcome of its use

Excellent customer service, I needed a larger strap for my knee and they sent one out immediately at no extra charge

Package arrived in good time. everything looks ok and I now have to try it out.

Saw Palmetto patches actually work! I have been using the pills for some time, but the patches work even better for me.
