Easy to navigate site, quick ordering and delivery

Excellent product line and super fast delivery to NZ using DHL.

I placed an order on Monday 25th May, the website did not say the item was out of stock. Sent an email chasing no delivery on Thursday 28th May, no replay. Phoned Friday 29th and was told I would receive a delivery Monday 1st June which I did, thank you. Delivery is very expensive (£7.99). I manage the spares for our club, the Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Register, and send parcels with Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked for £3.65. Our club could buy more items if the delivery charges were reduced. All in all not a great experience.

We live in Germany and I often order parts for my old cars here, it does seem a lot quicker and sometimes cheaper to order from UK rather than Europe even with the Taxes / distance factors.

I had a fair idea what I needed for my Jaguar XJ6, however a pal gave me the wrong part number. I emailed 📧 and asked about the OEM part and Tom Rochelle was brilliant.
Tom went above and beyond when he followed up on my incorrect part number and sourced the Correct one for me.
Tom proceeded to locate the part and seeing I was across the pond in Ireland Tom ordered my part through SNG Netherlands 🇳🇱 thereby saving me some money on silly customs charges. Tom sealed my deal with his professional and knowledgeable experience and got me exactly what I was looking for.
I spoke with Phil by telephone and he was courteous and polite, however this time Tom was outstanding 👏 👏👏
