Welcome to S & D's Value Store, where we believe in high quality and exceptional customer service. Most importantly, we believe everyone deserves nice things, so we strive to deliver the best quality and value across the most extensive range, ensuring we cover as many of your needs as possible. My partner and I originally started this store to help our family and friends out by selling to them at a low margin. However, it has evolved, so this online store was born with the same principles and intent. Our customers' interests are always at the forefront of our efforts, so we hope you will enjoy our products as much as we enjoy curating them. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, as it allows us to remain competitive and continue to share in this experience as we grow the S&D family network of supported customers. We understand that buying from a new online store can be overwhelming, exciting, or even concerning. However, rest assured that we are here to assist you. If you have any questions about our motives or products or would like to check the availability of an item, please use our website's 'Contact Us' page. We are always ready to help.

Good quality product and great customer service
Product was as pictured, easy to assemble and our shoes are now organised and tidy! Customer service was via a local number and answered straight away when I contacted them about a delay with shipping, therefore issue was resolved easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Risposta di S & D's Value Store
Thank you so much for your support!
Poor quality control and instructions
Poor quality control. Two screws had no indent for hex key. Had to grab with pliers.
Terrible instructions. Didn’t ever show using the washers. Did not accurately show which way struts went - inside or outside. Plastic covers did not fit over as screws stuck out too far in some instances. All this made it harder to put together than it should have been. But it is a nice final product.
