It will not work with my iPhone. It doesn’t connect. I’ve tried to connect it through Bluetooth and screen mirroring neither option works. When I tried to send it back I had to humor through hoops. The wanted me to send a recording of what it was doing. I would not recommend.

Really good product and arrived on time aswell!

I actually love this product and surprised to see the other bad reviews. I don’t use the magnet though, I use it to film YouTube content so have the monitor with me so I can see the framing so works perfectly with no lag! Game changer for me.

The first unit I received would not connect to my iPhone 17 pro max. After contacting their support team along with a brief video sowing the issue I was having, they sent me a replacement unit which works perfectly. It was disappointing that the first unit did not work but their support team was quick to rectify the. Problem. I have been very happy with the way it works.

I purchased multiple back cameras from Snaply Lens on Feb 14th. With it, I also purchased shipping insurance. I was excited about my purchase.

On Feb 27th, I received an email indicating that my purchase was delivered. I was confused as I work from home, have a dog, a RingCamera that alerts me when someone is at my door, and a doorbell. However, none of this was activated.

I emailed Snaply Lens to inform them that I did not receive the package. After sending, I checked the cameras and saw that the delivery driver threw the package on my stoop, took a picture and drove off. No attempt to actually make contact to ensure it was received safely.

Snaply Lens has been made aware of this.

As of right now, their position is that they cannot do anything once the package was delivered and provided me a picture. I’ve questioned the insurance policy and am waiting to hear back.

I can’t tell you if the product is any good because I never received it.

This product does not support IPHONE 17 pro etc......DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

They say that they’re located in Zürich. This is all on purpose so that they can continue to steal from the American public. This company makes me sick and should be avoided at all cost. It’s pathetic, nauseating and disturbing. If I told you all of the crap I’ve been through with this company, your head would fall off your shoulders. The most unethical company I’ve come across in a long time.

This is white-labled, drop ship trash, probably from Alibaba or similar. It is cheap, laggy, and doesn't hold a live view while recording video. It is utterly useless for the purpose I bought it for. The exact same thing can be bought for much less expensive on Amazon, but that wouldn't fix the performance issue.

Faulty product that doesn’t work and they won’t let you return it unless you take video from SOMEONE ELSE’S PHONE showing it doesn’t connect to yours. Scam artist company. Don’t bother.

The product does not work with my phone. I wanted to return the product. I contacted customer no service. After several interactions, they have essentially told me I am stuck with their product. They boast Satisfaction Guaranteed. What is not so clear is that if you open the item, it is not returnable. How can a consumer know if they are satisfied if you can't try the product out. Very shady business.
I attempted with my wife's iPhone, a supposedly compatible device. I couldn't get it to link. They sent me a series of complicated steps to take. Now they want me to send them a video so they can further assess. Great and all, but I do not want this POS. Their website is misleading. If you like throwing away money and time, then I highly recommend this product.

Stay away from Snaply!! Absolutely horrible service + product! Product didn’t work (couldn’t charge) - after messaging their support team, they replied asking if I had used the right charger.

I recorded a video, showing that I’m using their original charger that charges the ring light but not the screen - giving clear proof that they shipped a broken product - and since then they have been completely ghosting me! No refund. Not sending a new product. Not even a single reply for the last 4+ weeks, even though I keep writing them!

Not only have I wasted energy and delayed purchasing a better screen, but they have now actually stolen my money, after I paid for a broken product.

I bought the Snaply Lens selfie mirror and it was completely unusable. The magnet is far too weak to hold the product in place — it just slides down the phone and falls off as soon as you let go. I sent the company a video clearly showing the defect.

Despite advertising a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, they refused to offer a refund, claiming I had “waited too long,” even though I reported the issue as soon as I opened and tested the item and emailed them within 4 weeks of the item being delivered. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether.

Don’t waste your money or your time, it doesn’t work!

This is product is below expectations. I have an iPhone 16 pro and have had issues with my phone recording audio while filming myself speak to the camera. Having to re-record video because a device screws up the audio is incredibly frustrating.

Terrible product, doesnt stay on camera. Tried to ask for a refund they said I was 2 days too late. I only used the product to test to see if it worked, learned it didnt hold up properly. Forgot about it. Realized it was a waste of money, called, they said to late. smh

Seems like an easy product to use, however the device lag's terribly on an iPhone when shooting in 4K. When I asked support about this they just told me to lower the camera settings.

The cage illuminates my subject matter well. It is especially useful when recording for restaurant reviews for my YouTube channel and is a good buy for the price. Highly recommended.

Turning my Phone into my Canon (sorta) had been a dream come true. Especially since I can now avoid any selfie cam shots like the plague.

What i use it for:

- Multi screens for online lessons ( close ups etc. )

- UGC content ( saying good bye to selfie cams )

- Multi cameras for YT content

With that above mentioned I've made 30+ videos at this point with this screen and other than I love it here's the cliff notes:

- Amazing tool to use as a monitor for your phone

- Easily a level up for creators that primarily use their phone

- Great for video calls etc.

What this isn't and you shouldn't expect

- A touch screen monitor

- True 4k resolution ( which shouldn't matter if you're editing on a computer)

Some extras:

- the company ships from overseas so prepare to wait a bit

- Delivery service will NOT tell you when this thing arrives ( consider a safe drop-off JIC )

Bought this to prevent shadowing on pics but i still get it. Also the ad included a side button which doesnt exist on the actual model i received. Good idea in theory but in reality its just another piece of internet tat thatll sit in a box in the shed.

super easy to use and connect on my android phone (s25u). Filmed for 15min at a time with no lag and no stutter in recording on pro mode. very happy!

I purchased there product but never received it. It appears to have been stolen from the front porch of my NYC apt because their cheap cut rate delivery service with all 1 star reviews placed the package in a visible spot on a busy NYC street and did not ring the bell or notify me. Their customer service is completely unwilling to aid at all and refuses to take responsibility because this random delivery company marked it as delivered.
