Item not as described, ignoring emails, said delivery 5 to 10 days, took over a month which is past return window. Crocodile was supposed to be green and was orange and the bottom of it came out straight away which was a choking hazard to the dog.

Came from China, very cheap probably worth about £2.99 not £27 package was hazardous and had a rusty staple that cut my hand, really not happy.

SUBSTANDARD and DANGEROUS toys!!!! Zipper pull was in my dogs mouth immediately! Company offers no refund or replacement (not that I'd want a replacement). SUBSTANDARD and Crappy toys for dogs. DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY! The wall climbing toy is NOT for dogs. It’s a kid’s toy with small parts and was repurposed to get the higher profits on dog toys. This is a SCAM! Terrible quality even as a kid’s toy

Impossible to return a non working product. I purchased a ultrasonic dog bark control device. I tried it on the neighbors barking dogs with absolutely no reaction from the dogs even from 10 feet away. The dogs totally ignored the ultrasonic signal. To me that means that the product is not working properly. I wanted to return the product and was told that I need to provide a video of the dogs barking while I am using the dog bark control device. I have to do this without my neighbor being aware of what I’m doing. I’m not exactly looking to start a war with my neighbors.
Looks like I’m stuck with a non-working product. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this website. Looking at other reviews I see I’m not the only one with the problem.

Product advertised as dog toy. Lasted 20 minutes at best. No restitution offered.

DON'T BUY! Walmart cheap stuff better.

**Do not buy from this company. The interactive toy broke within 24 hours of supervised play (stopped spinning - manufacturing fault). Puptexshop refused to refund or replace the toy then stopped responding to emails. Terrible customer service. Throwing money away.

I purchased the tug spin toy. Day 1 it would not spin. Contacted support who requested a video so they could assist. Video sent and now no response to any emails.

I ordered giant goose and arrived later than I expected. Order stated that it is interacting giant goose, book on dogs health and insurance. The goose is not giant, unsuitable fabric for dogs, not interactive, no book. I contacted the Customer Services and to my astonishment no apology just an information that they don’t send return label and no address.
It’s the cheep Chinese toy for children for £3 but I paid £ 27 . It’s a scam again I fall for it!!!!!

Would give this company zero stars if I could! I ordered a bed for my dog that started shedding before they even laid on it. First it took forever to get to me. Contacted the company to return, multiple emails went unanswered. When they finally answered all it said was you are unable to return because you opened the box. No help with a shedding bed or defective product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Toy took ages to come. Came in opened, crushed box (looks like someone else’s return). It is not as described at all and the box clearly indicates that it is a cheap child’s toy, not a toy that was primarily manufactured for pets. Waiting for reply to email for full refund, if I don’t hear back I’ll raise dispute with my bank as it wasn’t even cheap.

I bought 2 of these and the zipper broke on both after 5 minutes. Company does not stand behind their product. The product is an expensive piece of crap.

I ordered a dog interactive toy which was supposed to be very robust with double stitching and tough fabric and with a robust squeaker.
I got a soft toy - a normal goose toy which is not suitable for a dog
Puptex say it's what they send to everyone - so their advertisement and website is extremely misleading and the value of the item is considerably less than the supposedly discounted £18 I paid for it.
They are refusing to send me a reply label or refund.
I am completely disgusted with their customer service or approach

Good experience with PupTexShop. The “Groovy Gecko” toy arrived safely, in nice packaging, and my two medium-sized dogs both play with it.

As a first-time buyer, I was excited by the design of the “Bouncing Piggy” toy at PupTexShop. The order process was clear and the website describes the mission nicely. The toy arrived and my Labrador did get some fun out of it. However: the battery compartment is a bit exposed (which I noticed after a few sessions), and the bounce mechanism isn’t as robust as the marketing implied. I wouldn’t say it’s a complete failure, but for the price I expected stronger build quality and faster delivery. Good for moderate use, but if your dog is a heavy-chewer I’d be cautious.

I ordered the “Crawling Crab” interactive dog toy for my 10 kg beagle. The shipping took a little longer than quoted (about 12 days instead of the 5-7 days shown), which was a minor annoyance. On arrival: the toy worked, and my dog enjoys chasing it around, but the material feels thinner than I expected and already shows wear at the seams after a week. Customer service responded when I emailed, but the fix they suggested (sending a replacement piece) hasn’t yet been sent. So: average experience. Decent product, but shipping and durability leave something to be desired.

I ordered an item in early September and it arrived a few weeks later, the package was left on my front doorstep (not at my request) and subsequently it was stolen before I got home. I’ve been trying for nearly 6 weeks to get either a refund or another one sent to me and I keep being told that it isn’t their issue. The customer service has been so poor and I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

The pig was made so cheaply my 3 month old puppy destroyed it in under 30 min of me putting it on the floor it’s not durable at all and refused to give me a refund after it took way over a month to even ship it to me

Don’t buy. Advertised as delivery to UK 3-5 days. Took 3 weeks and the item was rubbish. We ordered the otter. It does move and ‘snore’ but the toy itself is really terrible quality.

Pups can get to the batteries: no encasing so very dangerous. The item is not fluffy enough for them to rest on (which was a part of its purpose) and the snoring is so loud it frightened our dog to go near it. The size, a little bigger than an adult hand.

Don’t waste your money. Really poor.

Awful company. The item received was not what I ordered. I ordered a usb chargeable breathing otter, and was sent a super cheap battery version that didn't even turn on. Completely useless product. When I raised this they asked for a video of the product which I promptly sent. They then ghosted me and I had to go through my bank to get my money returned.
