Snape and Sons Recensioni

Exactly what I wanted, nice and sturdy and well made. The colour is a nice dark brown. They arrived on time and perfectly packaged so no damage. I will definitely shop here again.

They have the product I wanted at the price I like.

Great price, great delivery, all round the experience was great!!
Much better to support a smaller business than Amazon

Quick and efficient

Ordering was simple, straightforward no problem, delivery on time no problems at all.

I found exactly what I needed on the Snape & Sons website, easy to use and pay, with great communication from Snape & Sons. My items arrived in a very secure cardboard box.
I will try and use them again in the future.
Highly Recommended!

Top quality service and communication

From the online order to delivery, everything was clear and seemless. Prices are very competative, delivery extra quick. Truly happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

A refreshing experience from end to end. For my sins, I tend to shop mostly for things like this on places like Amazon or eBay - mainly because of price. I’ll always choose an independent retailer if they can match (or get anywhere close to) the price, quality, and speed. As it happens , I found S&S on the first page of Google. The site is clean, simple and easy to use. The product listings are populated with content (a shocking rarity for many retailers) that was actually helpful. Pictures, descriptions, technical info the lot. And the price, it was actually cheaper than comparable products I found elsewhere. The checkout was modern, secure and fast (props for staying with the times and using a checkout experience like Shop). Ordering was a breeze. Following that, the email comms were great - including dispatch updates and tracking info to boot. Can’t ask for more. Will definitely come back to Snape and Sons in the future.

I wanted lawn weed killer and fertiliser but no moss killer. This fitted the bill. Well priced and promptly delivered.

Very straight forward purchase. Good communication, well packaged

Will recommend

Good value, communication and quick delivery. One big downside for me was the condition of the bags of compost on arrival. When I took the black plastic wrapping off in my hallway, dirty water poured out onto the carpet. I expect compost to be damp, but this was absolutely saturated. Guess it had been stored outside in the rain. I wouldn't let this put me off buying again but I will unpack outside next time!!

Good product. Hope it works.
Why on earth did you put it in a box that could have held 100 or more packs?
Might have been delivered more rapidly if you had sent it first class letter post!

Mostly the communication. When part of my order was out of stock I was given choices - a refund or wait for stock to come in. I chose the later and it didn't take too long. Would definitely recommend. Feels like a good, solid family run business online

Great, friendly communication and fast dispatch. Super impressive UK independent business, who seem to genuinely value their customers. Detailed descriptions of items on their website. A really lucky online find. Delighted with my purchase and overall experience. Would highly recommend.

Great product at cheapest price, delivered in a swift manner, and kept informed throughout,.
100% recommend.
