Unhelpful and Rude Complaint Resolution

They overcharge for delivery and don't give refund. Unethical. Their Complaint Resolution Team is rude and unhelpful. Avoid Snapdeal

The service is very bad and product…

The service is very bad and product which comes is always incomplete.when I tried to get my exchanged product,the product came with different size and different colour..really disappointed with the service..delivery is also late ...I will not recommend snapdeal for online shopping..

Unprofessional agent prateek..

Agent called prateek... Unprofessional agent does not even reply on time and arguing with me to use professional language....prateek is a unprofessional agent in customer service...sad with the service...such as unprofessional staffs you have

Shady website.

I made a purchase. It was concerning because I did not receive any status updates. I contacted the company several times, and they eventually responded that they did not have the supplies in store but were expecting them. They have not communicated with me yet. There is no way to contact them through phone. Stay away from Super Shady!
