I am facing a serious issue with payment reconciliation at VTP Realty. Despite clear confirmation from their RM and CRM over the past two months that my referral amount is processed for adjustment and the remaining balance has already been paid and acknowledged, I continue to receive overdue reminders with interest.
This reflects poor coordination between sales, CRM, and accounts teams. I have shared payment proof multiple times but have not received proper resolution.
Request VTP Realty to urgently resolve this and stop incorrect reminders. Buyers expect better transparency and accountability in such matters.

I booked 1 bhk flat in VTP Mahalunge Near Baner in 2020. After completion of 5 years of wait, till date, I did not get the possesion of the flat. RERA date was June 2022. But till date, there is no completion of the building from VTP Side till date.

It is a worst builder in Pune. I request all not to book or even consider VTP for buying the flat. They will loot you for sure with promises always but will not get the timely possession.

When I called CRM Head of VTP, he started abusing me with bad words. And I have recorded that videos as well. They are not picking customer phones not they reply to customer emails usually. There is no process in vtp , only abusing customers omce they book the flat in VTP.

I have committed that mistake but want you to be aware before you for this builder. Mrs Smita Lobo from VTP is never reachable on phone and you can not contact her. For many projects, people have filed court cases due to delayed possesion but they do not get any success as VTP pays hefty fees to its advocates to delay this cases in court and customer never gets its solution. This fact was told to me on phone by VTP CRM person only. He said do whatever you want to do against VTP in court, as vtp hired top advocates to stop this .
He literally abused me on phone multiple times uptill now.

In case of delay in possesion,VTP has to pay the customer it's compensation but vtp is not paying any compensation to me even after 5 years of delay in completion.

VTP IS NOT DELIVERED WHAT THEY PROMISED. MOST OF THE TIME POSSESSION DATE ARE GETTING EXTENSION. CONSTRUCTION QUALITY PATHETIC. SEVERAL PLACE DEVELOP CRACK AND LEAKAGE. DON'T BUY VTP

Worst builder fake commitments don’t waste your money on them you will regret for life delayed possession and what not dont fall in the trap of sales people they fool you, i bought a flat on VTP Athereus in 2021 And still waiting for possession.

Very bad experience with VTP.I booked a plot in their Earth county project in Malthan near Ranjangaon.At the time of booking they gave me refund guarantee if I cancel the booking.However their CRM team is useless.They are delayingmy refund.It is already 6 months passed I have not received the refund.CRM team is not even responding.

VTP lacks in transperany. There are some rules and regulations from RERA for every builder but VTP took deviation approvals from RERA to change the RERA policies and make their own policies. There is standard format of Allotment letter and booking Agreement from RERA but VTP has made their own Allotment letter and agreement format by modifying lot of clauses in it. I have booked a flat in VTP Dolce Vita but cancelled within 1 week. According to MahaRERA rule if a flat booking is cancelled within 15 Days of booking date then all booking amount should be refunded. But VTP never refunded. Beware of such fraudulent Builders.

False promises. Please don't go with them. Construction quality is also poor

They have honoured their commitment and delivered what they had promised. Moreover good customer service. I am particularly impressed by customer service provided by VTP employee Mr. Rishi Pandey, he was very courteous, polite and helpful. Mr. Rishi Pandey is an asset to the company and the management must promote him to the next level. Also I had booked 2 flats in VTP Cygnus Tower 7 and they have satisfactorily compensated me for the delayed project. Overall a good experience with VTP. I would certainly suggest VTP Realty to those who want to invest in buying a new home. A satisfied customer.

I have a very bad experience with VTP team. I bought flat in 2021 and sales team promised to deliver in next year itself because construction was half way. Today, vtp crossed all deadlines including RERA's original date and still did not deliver the flats. While they made fancy videos, reality of completed and undelivered project is something different. I see that all other projects by other builders that I considered for in my wishlist during buying in 2021 are completed now. VTP has number of projects going on simultaneously in Pune and it's beyond their capacity to deliver on time.

I'm totally disappointed with the VTP and the CRM team there post sales service is very poor, no one will entertain you post you buy unit with them. There is no communications about the details even they are not respecting the RERA guidelines. Lot of possession has been delayed by this builder.
Think before buying with VTP go with brand like godrej and SP KP etc.

No provision to give minus 5 rating pathetic builder and poor construction quality. False promises and their CRM team is very very unprofessional. Please dont book and waste your hard earn money.

Cant put minus, so gave one star. they have taken refundable token and said will get disocunts while launch, no discounts, now not refunding token also. Pls do niy fall in trap of booking you will definatly loose money

VTP lacks in commitment, unnecessary delays in giving procession, Unusual practice other than all other builders in Pune, they have there own rules, VTP is a trap don't fall into it, you will find other good builders as well. Specially CRM team lacks accountability, seniors don't pick calls, fed up from VTP builder. They don't even understand customer feeling after buying property from them. mentally harassing customer that's what they do.

I have worst experience with them, their sales team gave me wrong information about possession date and location connectivity, there was 2.5-3 years difference between actual rera date and date they told me while booking. Thank god, I got it cancelled.
Also cancellation charge are too high with this builder.

Fake possession dates, 4+ years passed still work in progress. Had committed to provide possession on June 21 to Dec 2021(RERA Date before covid was june 2022) but still not providing final possession dates. Tarikh pe tarikh and that also fake. CRM people don’t know anything about project plans their standard reply is "Rest assured bla bla bla". Gives feel like you have bought some kind of 100 Rs. vegitables. VTP don’t care about people's hard earned money what problems they face after investing such huge amount on buying home.

We had booked a project in VTP Urban Nest, Pune in 2015 and though we got the flat possession after few years , we are still waiting for a parking allotment. A legal parking, for which we have a proper allotment letter , was illegibly confiscated by your team for some other work. It has been around an year, and no one gives even a response on our queries.

Your onsite time is so lethargic as well as shameless , that we must have given 25 reminders to them , but they dont even bother to respond.

Though we can file a legal case as well, but it seems your team is not bothered about that as well.

Please stop fooling gullible people and your brand is a sham , which is running by false marketing glitz.

Kindly mend your ways as delivery always precedes marketing in the longer run.

Pathetic customer care. My office space possession has delayed way beyond promised date. At the time of purchase, I was promised a water outlet in my office which was shown in the plan. 3 years later I discovered that the plan has changed, no water outlet and they haven’t bothered to inform me or provide a solution. Do not invest your hard earned money in this company

VTP Realty is one of the top FRAUD BUILDER in Pune, don't invest here, their staff are not cooperative and they are treated as the buyers are very fool and they don't know anything. Initially at the time of project starting they committed with lots of goods things, like good quality bath fittings, floor marvel, etc, but at the positioning the scene just opposite.
