I thinked I was stepping into a treasure trove of budget-friendly products, but it turns out I stumbled into a wallet disaster zone! 🙁
I mean, who knew that low prices also came with a side of customer service migraine? Trying to reach them is like trying to get through a maze designed by a particularly mischievous cat.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Wring item every time. Half item delivered for full payment. Dry fruit combo orderd 100gms×8 2 packs. Received only one for double the price and only 100 Received Previous order was also wrong. Very horrible

I am still waiting for Snapdeal to refund me my money

I am still waiting for Snapdeal to refund me for items I did not receive nor were they delivered, but payment taken.

I have been chasing this since August 2024.
They keep sending the same message to me on their app. That my order did not pass their internal checks. But they do not give a reason for it.
All I want is for my money to be refunded to me.
Here are the suborders that Snapdeal created and I am chasing 4 months down the line.

They keep saying that they tried to call me, but they have not. I have given them my brothers number in India, but they have not called him either.

All I want is for them to refund me for the items I did not receive. They cost 1370 rupees each. So that is 4110 rupees.
This may not be a lot of money to Snapdeal but it is a lot for me.
So please just refund my money and do the right thing.

Deliberate Scam While Returning

THE WORST OF THE WORST, never order from them! the delivery is trash, and i wanted to return a dress - but they never come to pick it up, its a deliberate scam to not let u return the item. They didnt come to pick the item in the 7 day window and now the item is out of return window, so i cannot even return it. Even the customer care is terrible, its a deliberate scam!

Fraud be careful

They are frauds and they come to ur door with the parcel asking for otp which u never get. And thats how ur paid money is gone ... they blame u for entering wrong number when u don't give them an otp which is not true when u ask them what's my number ? They said don't know it has to been automatically inside. Bunch of theifs may this app get it's justice soon.

Worst experience ever,

Worst experience ever,
I ordered a product but it didn’t fit so I made an exchange. The person came took the product and went.Then I got a call from snapdeal that your order will not be able to return and your return request is cancelled but already a guy came 2 days ago and picked the product up and now the person on the call is denying to refund. So I don’t have the product and my money too. This is my second time bad experience. I recommend all the buyers to think twice before ordering from this worst app.
