Love all the cool Jello flavors that I can't get at my local stores. Shipping was problematic. The package sat on a loading dock in Salt Lake City for a week or so. I had to file a complaint/inquiry and someone at my local PO was able to expedite things. No fault of Snackathon but you might wanna rethink the shipper you use in the future.

This is the second time I've tried to order from Snackathon. In both cases I had to contact them over a week later asking when my order will ship only for them to cancel my order. Don't list items if you can't fulfill the order.

I placed order and tried to canceled it within 12 mins of placing order as price charged was double the amount showed on website (what a fraudulent company). System did not cancel order. I called next day as support wasn't available on Sunday evening and left message on Monday. I sent email on Monday. I called again on Tuesday and another email on Tuesday. No reply to any calls of emails. I called again on Thursday and left yet another email again no reply. I have yet to get a reply to my emails or calls. They shipped order and i rejected it and it went back. I called my credit card and disputed charges. Thank fully CC company saw all the evidence and refunded me money.

Cattleman's Mississippi Honey BBQ Sauce is my favorite sauce. About 4 years ago, every store here discontinued it. I couldn't even got it on-line from Walmart anymore. I've searched since and either could only find gallon bottles, or the price and shipping was ridiculous. Found Snackathon and price was fantastic and shipping very reasonable, If there more than only 2 left, I'd have ordered at least 6. Fast ship. well-protected.

Oreo pudding was great for my poke cake and delicious too!

Sent 4 emails to cancel my order, the first being 6hrs after I ordered, tried calling and the number wasn't the right one, now I'm pretty much stuck with it but dealing with PayPal to get a refund. What a sad excuse for a company with absolutely no customer service. The first and definitely the last time I will order from them!!!!
