Is a WORTHLESS RIPOFF Company that doesn't answer emails or phone calls. And they DON'T FULFILL THIER ORDERS!

HORRIBLE company!!!!!! DO NOT order from them. They are CROOKS! I placed an order on April 29th was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. I still have not received it and it is June 4th! I have sent 7 emails as well as left 2 messages. NO response to ANY of them. I am asking them for a refund for the products I never received. Have also left 2 reviews on their website and they disappear. Very interesting! SHADY company BEWARE!!!!!

Zero customer service. They sold me nuts that were past the expire date. I contacted them 3 times. They sent an email saying they would get back to me. never did. Don't buy from this company. They don't back up their products.

All my 11 bags of mochi arrived melted and squished due to improper shipping. They were rubbery and tasted like stale dough.

Customer Service has not responded to my email request for return. I had sent pictures showing the issue immediately upon receipt.

It was great to take a chance on site I hadn't used before and got exactly what I wanted. It was for my son who was very happy with it.
