Very smart mask arrived in record time. Customer service is wonderful.

Delivery even more rapid than I expected. Personal customer service. Excellent quality mask - Smug has every right to be 'Smug'.

Sturdy cotton mask that leaves room to breathe, if not over-tightened. Bright colour cheers up wearer and observers.

Great mask, high quality, comfortable. Will be buying more.

The first mask was so good that I bought another. Great product, very fast delivery. Thanks.

These are great masks, beautifully made. Adjustable ear pieces which I like. Super quick delivery.

I like the product and fit. I like to support British Companies where I can. Your company is special because your suppling mask.

The ordering, delivery and product all first rate. The mask is very comfortable and a good fit and it doesn’t steam up my glasses!

Becouse it is a well fitting mask, and a company that delivers on time every time, and the mask is very well made real quality, a real good company and product.

Very happy with mask helps to stop glasses steaming up

I bought a couple of these face masks - they are very well made, and fit very well round the nose (essential if you wear glasses), the face, and chin. Which is possibly where there's a problem. I found I was becoming very uncomfortable trying to get enough air when walking around the shops. They're great if you're sat down or not moving, but not so good when you need to do even a small amount of physical movement.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery and quality product.
I liked the handy dimensions guide to ensure the mask will fit.

Excellent product and very efficient service.
Thanks

I was glad when our two Smug masks arrived but on the first wash (following instructions) both nose clips snapped. These had been a big draw for me as a glasses wearer. The fit suits my partner's face perfectly but comes too close to my eyes/glasses.

Quality fabric and make, though I found it harder to breathe in than others and the colour has faded quite a bit.

Speedy delivery but I didn't receive a response when I wrote to them with feedback about the broken nose clips.

Great fit, v comfy. Looks good too!

Quick service. Really high quality mask. Will probably order another.

Delivered quickly with some nice touches. Nice range of colours & patterns. Design perhaps needs a little work. Liked these as they go right under the chin but when using nose pin you can’t breathe as it’s so secure around the face, yet it helps for not steaming up glasses to have it. Adjustable elastics are good. Sturdy material. All in all happy with my purchase.

Obviously well made, I expect these to become old friends. Very comfortable.
