Bought this watch last July. At first it worked fine. Though I'm not sure about the blood pressure readings. Always low .I have high blood pressure. Any way my watch now does not charge properly only goes to 50%.emailed the company for advice got a message back saying that the email address does not exist.sent them message via text no reply. £60 wasted thanks very much.

I purchased a Smart4 watch in Apr 2023. From day one, the battery lasted for about 4 hours, then needed a recharge. In Feb 2024 the battery stopped receiving a charge, and the watch stopped functioning altogether. Ten months of use for a $100 plus purchase and no warranty. I contacted smtsmartusa numerous times (over 20 times) on support and info online addresses. No reply whatsoever. The watch is rubbish. The company is a fraud. Do not deal with this company.

DO Not buy from this company. Like many of the reviews, I bought a watch from them in August '22, which was not suitable. Order No. TFD71492. Contacted them for a refund, have had emails from them ( a chap called Manuel ) saying that they are working through refund requests and that they will contact me. Nothing since 21st October.

The watch looks great online, in person it's more a wish knock off, looks tacky, feels cheap. Have been trying to get a refund for Months!!, got a few vague replies saying they're getting to it but still nothing. Worst company I've ever dealt with, customer service is a joke to non existence now, pathetic.
Bought in may this year, December now and still no refund

I bought SMT4pro watch in August and it failed after 17 days. I have been trying to get refund ever since. Response from Company virtually non existant.

I have never been happy with the most important readings that wanted I this watch for. The BP reading are always the same and far from what they should be. The heart rate is wrong also. I have just started to compare to my BP machine as I knew things were wrong.

I’ve tried contacting them view comments and via their website with no luck. They couldn’t even bother to acknowledge my correspondence.
The blood pressure app is way out, the timer is instep of 10 mins, starting at 10 mins. Now the alarm doesn’t work. Not impressed

Don’t buy this watch bought one in July most of the features stopped working after a two months . I have emailed the company several times no response w waste of money

This never worked from the day I received it and I tried a couple of times to contact the organisation and have had no response. Don't waste your money on this junk.

Does not do what manufacturers say it does. I have had no issue with the charger, display or some of the features but it does not take accurate blood pressure readings which was a reason for buying. Constantly reads 140/80, whether its on your wrist, on your leg, on your kids, on your dog, its useless. On web site it says make sure plastic film is removed, you virtually destroy the watch trying to find out if it has a plastic film on it, and it didn't. Avoid buying, spend your money elsewhere.

The strap on my watch broke after one week of owning it. SMT has no direct line to speak to someone in person and it's been almost a year of going back and forth on emails that rarely get answered

I compared walking distance with SMT and Apple Watch. SMT was not accurate so I submitted return request. After waiting for over two months, I followed up on my request and SMT removed me from their system. There is no record of me buying their product. So much for customer satisfaction and money back guarantee. DO NOT waste your time or money!!

Brought this watch and within 2 months of having it the touchscreen stopped working & the watch is now completely unfunctional. I requested a refund back at the start of October and never got a response. I emailed them directly 2 weeks ago to follow up and see if they've acknowledged my refund request and haven't had a response to that either.
Do not waste your money on this cheap plastic!!! They are a sham of a company and should be ashamed of themselves for selling such crap to honest people!

Like everyone else, a lemon. Went fine for a few weeks although irritating couldn't make screen stay on longer. It just asked me to power off. And now it is dead. Useless. The battery is fully charged.

I bought a watch and received it in August. the details on their website said it took ECG reading. When I received it August 29 I realized it did not. I put in for a return on August 31 and to this day I cannot get them to process it. Now when I try to review my refund it gives me an error code like it doesn't exist.

SMT watch, total scam. Does not fuction at all, no response from suppliers in Australia, do not waist your $$$$

I purchased the SMT4 PRO 2023 WATCH in July 2023 ORDER #tfd66641 and it has been working OK until 10th October when vertical lines appeared on all screen faces. However, two days later 12th October the watch stopped working.
I have sent one email 10th Oct and another on 12th Oct but have not received any comments yet.

My wife bought the watch and it arrived without a charger cable, we were just outside of the 3 month so called warranty as she was in hospital for a hip replacement. They didn't care and refused to supply a cable, now after reading the other reviews I see that it's just a waste of time trying to deal with them. What a waste. " DON'T BUY ONE "

This must be a scam. Having purchased their SMT4 smatch watch recently, I have found that a number of the functions don't work. For example, the 'messages' function does not work. The 'Voice commands' function does not work. 'Digital time display' does not display any digits in one area. No response from "customer support" or from the "Request for Return" section on the web site. This is a massive fraud masquerading as a "genuine" operation.
