I ordered watch stickers from this company and the whole process was extremely frustrating. First, they sent me the wrong model. When they sent the replacement, they shipped it in a way that made me responsible for the import tax, which I was never informed about.

Now FedEx is asking me to pay extra money for their mistake, and when I tried to contact the company to fix it, they just stopped responding. No help, no explanation, nothing.

Overall, very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Ich habe eine Folie für meine Uhr bestellt im Dezember 2023 und habe sie bis heute noch nicht erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Absoluter Scam

Ich habe einen Satz Schutzfolien für eine Uhr bestellt, was ich sehr bereue. Die Folien kamen bei mir an und waren von minderwertiger Qualität, zudem kaputt und verschmutzt.
Der Verkäufer lehnt seit mehreren Wochen jegliche Kommunikation ab.
Zu dem habe ich jetzt noch eine eine separate Rechnung bekommen, dass ich 25 € Zoll bezahlen soll. Also hat mich eine kleine Schachtel mit Müll ca. 120€ gekostet.
Ich werde über einen Anwalt versuchen, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Ich ärgere mich sehr, dort etwas bestellt zu haben.
