Pleased with purchase.
My product's came nicely packaged, with a few Clarins tester's. Took a little while to arrive from Gibraltar to Spain, but wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Happy discovery
Goods ordered were as described, delivered in record time but, most importantly, due to an error on my behalf, I had inadvertently double ordered and as soon as I informed the company they repaid the cost of the mistaken order immediately. To me that is a sign of real reliability.

UNACCEPTABLE UNACCEPTABLE UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Absolutely TERRIBLE service. They do not reply to emails, only a 'read receipt' email has been received. They claim to reply when they have not. They have still yet to refund me MY money despite returning the product unused and in the same condition as it was received. (Royal Mail tracked delivery). I do not trust this company. I am now £57 out of pocket and have still yet to hear from them in any other capacity than in response to a trust pilot review.

Appalling .. do no order from this company
Made an order from this Seruya for perfume for my two daughters for Christmas .. never arrived and they will not offer any help or refund until 28 days after despatch .. so now no Christmas presents and no money ... absolute rip off .. even had the cheek to offer me £5.00 off another order. Don't bother ... I am so upset.

Fantastic company
I ordered my Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate late on Black Friday. I was a bit worried as the company was based in Gibraltar but my postman delivered on the Wednesday, I couldn't believe how quick my item had arrived. I shall definitely be using this company again for my Clarins products and the cheapest on the Internet.
