Scam Company, Avoid at all costs. dropping car off was fine even tho the driver turned up 30 minutes late staying he was stuck in traffic. Upon return of car when I called the company to collect my car, driver Said he is stuck in traffic and he can't wash the car so I said its fine I will take the car as it is, when I picked up the car it was in a state that it was unrecognisable, it looked like it was parked under trees for the whole week, the company didn't take hold an hour of their time in the whole week to give it to me in same condition. since then I have emailed them 3-4 times but they are avoiding me. Don't go with them.

Much the same as the reviews below. Called them 30 mins before arrival. After 45 mins and constant calls, still no sign of driver and told us we had to pay for the parking, it was their fault! We were forced to book through another company who were at the same location. Utter scammers, and I feel we dodged a bullet with them not taking the car, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely appalling service, I would not recommend this parking services. When we collected the car the driver took more than an hour, where it should’ve been a meet and greet. Also found that the car was in an appalling condition, mud and bird poo everywhere. Also found the BMW badge is also missing at the back of the bonnet. When sent an email to Ezybook, they said to take it up with smooth fly, where they replied eventually and asked for a before pic taken in the terminal. When replied the email address came out as not found. Now I have to spend £60 to replace the badge. Please do not use them.

WHEN I RANG THEY DID NOT HELP ME AND WHEN I SENT AN EMAIL AND WHATSAPP THEY IGNORED ME. MY CAR WAS ALSO DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY WITH BIRD POO AMD FULL OF DUST.

Without question, one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had.

We were left waiting 45 minutes just to collect the keys, followed by another 1.5 HOURS waiting for the car. Eventually, instead of the car being brought to us, my wife, our two toddlers and I were put in a taxi and taken to what can only be described as a dodgy, abandoned-looking car park to find the vehicle ourselves.

After all of that, we finally located the car only to find it in an unacceptable state.

To make matters worse, the person I dealt with on the phone was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. There was no sense of customer service, no concern whatsoever that a family with two very young children had been left waiting for hours, and seemingly no appreciation of how unacceptable the whole situation was.

This wasn't simply poor service — the entire experience felt disorganised, unprofessional and completely unacceptable from start to finish.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but people need to know what they may be getting themselves into.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I certainly never will again.

Damage to vehicle during stay. Impossible to contact someone who can explain the procedure, I am told to call back and speak to “Sam” and then when I do, Sam doesn’t take calls. Cat & mouse game to avoided dealing with the issue.

DO NOT USE! Awful service. Left us waiting over an hour to bring us our car at Heathrow despite saying they’ll be 5 minutes. They then stopped answering our calls. We had 3 small kids with us, one who needed medicine. Absolutely appalling!

Would not trust this company ( EZYBook airport parking / Smooth fly .co.uk) On return flight I called drop off driver could not speak much english and I could barely understand his Indian / Pakistani accent, when I asked him to repeat where he would meet he hung up, had to call again the person who answered said the drop off driver left the car on level 4 keys on wheel we had to go looking for car. Scratches on car that were not there when car handed over to driver, the insurance that they offer does not cover any damage! Beware I would avoid at all cost..

The positive reviews are all pretty much identical and written by bots or company owners. Several state "5 Stars" yet only 3 are checked.

Our experience was awful both heading out and returning. Why they ask for your departure or arrival times is beyond me, as they ultimately just expect you to call them and then (if lucky) will send a driver out to you. We almost missed our departure flight.

Pay a little more and get a decent service

Horrible service, they are not responsive and show no respect, avoid them that they don't add extra stress to your travel

Really difficult to communicate with them, poor mobile only service and strong accents make even simple conversations difficult.
Currently have waited over an hour for them to locate and return my car.
Just about to report stolen.

Would not use again- cheap for a reason. They were late for meet and greet to the point when my son and I went to the airport without my husband as he was still waiting for the driver.
Return journey, we are currently waiting at Zone A for our car to be returned to us, so far it’s been 45 minutes since we called them. Car was stationery until 10 mins ago. You call them and they say ‘10 mins’ - all lies, I would pay a bit more and check reviews before booking.

Disappointing after returning from a 12 hour flight

On the way to the airport I called as asked 30 minutes before getting to the airport. They didn’t pick up so called again and got through to voicemail. Left a message and carried on to Heathrow. When I got there I called again and they said they would be another 40 minutes before getting there as I didn’t speak to anyone. They said they don’t listen to their voicemail. Called the complaint number and they said it was my fault as I should have kept trying to ring back. Then they said I had to pay for the parking at Heathrow whilst waiting for them which I hadn’t seen anywhere when booking and it was more expensive as I was in the drop off zone in short stay car park! On the way home our flight was delayed by an hour. Landed at 2330 and received a call to say if I don’t come in the next 10 minutes then we would need to get a taxi to the compound to collect my car. What could I do 🤷‍♀️ so for what was meant to be a reasonably priced easy drop off and pickup at the terminal caused stress and was really not cheap! No where when I booked it said a midnight cut off to collect the car from the terminal. Cost of petrol, ULEZ + parking at Heathrow which they made me pay, a taxi ride to the compound and then petrol cost for ride home!! There is no reasoning with these people and their telephone manner is atrocious! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
