Easy to use website
Easy to use website, clear pictures and information on products. Communication through emails is prompt. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to shipping time. Seems to be "shipped" by next day or so but still takes 5 days to get to you.

Only delivered 1/2 the order
order #SC8653 I ordered 2 packs of 3 burners each. So far only 1 3-pack has arrived. The e-mail in the main page is not working and is returned. I will deal with this on the credit card if I don't get immediate fulfillment of the complete order.

Risposta di Smokingcats
please check your Email, we will fix this problem for you.
Crappy merchandise, Crappy seller.
I made an order and it arrived on time but it was broken and of very poor quality. I contacted the seller and they said they'd reship my order. That was a month ago. I haven't received a thing. No merchandise, no other communication. Don't buy from this seller.then they said they shipped a replacement twice but I had an incomplete address. You had the right address the first time. Don't give me that. You guys are crooks.. face it

Risposta di Smokingcats
The Customer provided an incomplete address, including only the street number. Despite our efforts in sending two replacements, both were returned to us. Yet, the buyer continues to place the blame on us for these issues.

The company shipped the bong speedily and safely, even with me not throwing extra money for shipping, it came within two days, I absolutely love the bong and it’s amazing.
