My sister and I use smelly balls. My sister just purchased a new vehicle and while refilling, dropped a drop of liquid without noticing. It has completely messed up the material on her console. I agree with other users that the smell can be rather lacking unless you put on half the bottle, and even then, it disappears quickly.

The refill bottles leak like crazy
The refill bottles leak like crazy. I tried putting it in a ziplock bag and it still leaked. I then tried double bagging it and it still didn't work. The product smell is nice but the price is ridiculous, especially if all of the product is being wasted. I'd recommend putting a better seal on the bottles.

Waste of money
The balls are good quality, the oils however are terrible. I just received mine last month, with the 'Rio' oil, which smells beautiful, but it has ZERO scent throw. I've poured almost the entire bottle on them and can only smell it when I press it to my nose.
Massive disappointment, spent $32+shipping for a terrible product.
Don't recommend.

Shines in eyes
Great smell but the little silver tag/pendant could be dangerous whilst driving. Luckily we have it facing the passengers seat and it was only reflecting the sun into my eyes and not my partners whilst driving.
Otherwise great smell :)

the product is perfect
the product is perfect, so much that all family members are now asking for one for each of their cars.
the fun now is mixing up the scent selections to be made going forward

Low fragrance compared to previous batches
I had a set of balls and honeysuckle fragrance from last year that lasted in my bedroom all year.
Bought some new balls and fragrances just a few weeks ago and the fragrance hardly smells at all and is very thin and watery. Previously it was thick and oily and would stick to the outside of the balls.
Now it just soaks in and loses smell after 2 days.
The older ones would last weeks

Love the choice of colours. I purchased the footy range, but you have some amazing colours to suit anyone.Smells great. maybe , more variety with the smells. purchased some for gifts , all love them.
