Product was purchased and then I got a refund with no explnation a week later?!

I've been getting products for the last few months. Things come in a very timely manner and I've never been let down. Love the little gummies and trial sachet of a product. Definitely my go to.

I'd highly recommend SMOOCHE over Beauty Bazarr. They offer 30day money back on their foundation products. As someone who struggles to find the right foundation this is a really good thing to do for their customers. I got the Elroel from Beauty bazar and unfortunately it did not work for me. I still now have to pay for something I can no longer use. However smooche offer your money back if the item is not right for you. Can't say the same for AU Beauty Bazar

I have been using the same moisturiser since last year and its the best moisturiser i have ever tired, I love that it delivers fast and its a real product because i have ordered from other websites and i got the fake ones overall i’m happy that i found a good business that i can trust the delivery service is great

The delivery is a bit late, but the price seems reasonable.

One of my items never came that I needed, instead of reshipping it to me and fixing the issue the lady just said id get a refund and I have to order all over again just for one singular cream? Absolutely not! Do not recommend buying from here as they will give you the wrong product and do nothing about it being wrong.

My order was dispatched and delivered extremely fast - I had ordered two packages one from Au Beauty Bazaar and one from a competitor both on Sunday, I have received my order today on Wednesday and the order from another company hasn’t even dispatched my order yet. Extremely happy with the pricing of all of their products + got freebies and lollies. 100% will be repurchasing from Au Beauty Bazaar 🩷🩷

I usually purchase my fave product: Mirae & Polynia via Rocketindo website store.
But later on they closing down, until i found AU Beauty Bazaar back then & tried some of the good quality products listed.
The reason i give 4 stars because lately i found that PayPal is no longer available, unless login as "guest", but of course no history attached on the purchase account, but kept the email receipt as the proof of payment 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Other than that all was good, very well packed & reliable e.t.a delivery.
