I have used smartseal before and it does a excellent job of restoring faded black limestone, however it is not cheap.. But worth it

Delivery time could be a lot quicker.
Coverage and airless spraying very good.
Colour, pigment, and absorbation into tiles seems excellent.
Will see over time the water proof, moss, and alge prevention.
So far very happy with product.
Looks like new roof and that's only the first coat !
