I have used smartseal before and it does a excellent job of restoring faded black limestone, however it is not cheap.. But worth it

Smartseal itself was fine
Smartseal itself was fine, but I was asked to leave delivery instructions, which were very easy to follow, but were then totally ignored by the delivery person. I've had boxes stolen from my drive before, and I just asked for this to be pushed back into my bushes, not difficult. Luckily there was no issue on this occasion, but there could have been.

Smartseal is a great product and easy to use. We've used it on dozens of properties. The tech support from the firm is very good too. George from the team was quick to reply to me and very informative. He's a credit to the company.

V quick delivery I bought 25 ltr as I hand a large area to do good value only down a short while but looks well and very easy to put on u can walk on it when wet while applying second coat
Only negative for me is we used it for outdoor covered dining area and if u are coming from outside with wet shoes it is a small bit slippy
