The loan application was so easy to…
The loan application was so easy to fill in and was super surprised when I got a phone call within 15 minutes of submitting the application. Abbie who I spoke to was so lovely and guided helped me through the process of signing forms online etc.

Excellent customer service
Been a customer for years and the service has always been excellent. Recently applied for a loan and was approved within hours, I spoke to Abbie who was very helpful and friendly. Online application was easy to complete, 5 star service.

I cannot thank this credit union enough…
I can't thank this credit union enough for what they've done for me. I only applied yesterday afternoon to join to save and for a consolidation loan, by 9.10 this morning it was approved and all my money worries have literally vanished over night. Online application was easy and not long after Carol phoned me to welcome me to the credit union. This was such a lovely call and her friendly manner put me at ease. Not long after this Zoe called me to explain what I needed to provide so they could pay my creditors directly. Zoe was also wonderful; so friendly and understanding. Zoe dealt with numerous emails from me with different bits and bobs and organised them her side (this must have been a nightmare which I kept apologising for as I sent so many but nothing was too much trouble for Zoe). This morning at 9.10am Zoe phoned me to say my loan was approved and what the next steps were. Zoe has kept me in the loop with everything including payments she has put through to my creditors. Her understanding nature and friendly personality have really made this process a nice one for me. Zoe is a credit to Smart Money Cymru Credit Union.

Blackwood branch- rang this morning as…
Blackwood branch- rang this morning as I forgot my pass code for online Ceri was was friendly and went out of her way to help me, cant thank her enough. Also applied for a loan top up and Abi who processed it kept me updated with phone calls, really polite on the phone. Couldn't recommend these girls in blackwood branch, nothing was to much trouble for them.

Long standing customer
I’ve been with this branch for a few years now, they’ve always been extremely helpful. They offer lots of advice and also encourage you to save as well as if you need to borrow. I find their application process very efficient now it’s moved online, and someone always answers promptly when I email. Also handy that I have an online account to check payments and amounts saved/borrowed. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team here and the service, they’ve really helped me a lot over the last few years.
