Amazing very helpful

I've been a member for 20 years and a volunteer in the past because I really support the ethos of a community based money service, unfortunately where I live, we don't have many hubs at all and I hadn't had my pay book updated for over a year, I sent a few emails, rang the Cardiff branch and the kind people there registered my mobile number and got me going on the app, so helpful and brilliant service, Thanks smart money guys and gals,

Very ease to save directly from employer. Online app looks really good too.

But I wanted to leave a review for Kris, who helped today. I had the feeling nothing was too much trouble, fabulous communication and my request was resolved, way quicker than I imagined it would be.

I'm not a great "saver" Smart Money has made it so easy for me to start saving.

I have been with credit union for years I dont know what would have done over the yrs with out them.
Always fast working helpful ..always safe and secure know that the help is there for christmas..and building up savings.

I have been with SMCU for many years and they have been a lifeline for me when in need of financial help especially around Christmas times. Saving alongside paying back the loan is a great idea...you forget that this is building up in a pot when repaying the loans! I currently only save with SMCU but knowing that a loan is available to me gives me peace of mind just incase of that rainy day! Fees/charges for loans are very reasonable and there are no hidden charges that crop up so you are aware of what you need to pay every month! You can also make extra payments against what you owe if you find yourself with a little extra at times. I would highly recommend SMCU for your financial difficulties!

I saved a regular amount each month out of my pay for Christmas last year and was able to save a £1000. SMC makes it simple and easy to do this. I took my money out in November, bought and packed all my presents by early December and was able to sit back stress, worry and debt free. Same again this year for me. Making saving simple. Open a Christmas saver account even small regular amounts soon add up.

Started saving in January a set amount each money of £100 just checked my account today and I have saved £1000 ready for Christmas this year. Thank you SMC for helping me get sorted early this year, it’s certainly going to help with all the rising costs going on. You really so make saving simple.

Amazing staff at Blackwood branch, they go above and beyond to help you. Also much more convenient having a branch in Blackwood, easier car parking too.
