I’ve used this company a few times already and they’ve been amazing every time. We recently had a bespoke linear light made and installed by one of their engineers — great quality and a really neat install. I’d definitely recommend them!

Couldn't be more helpful if they tried. I was initially wary because of some of the lower reviews, but they had really good pricing on an LED controller I needed. Happy to say that the item was dispatched same day, arrived in perfect condition and the aftercare was superb - thanks Alina!

Bought some LED strip from this company and received competent advice + free next-day delivery.
It all went surprisingly well

Terrible experience.
After I placed an order, it was shipped from China (to Europe), after it arrived in my country, I received a message that the address was inccorect and the item was returned.

The second try, it went exactly the same. I've never had an issue receiving goods from China, but this company isn't able to ensure the arrival of my order.

I requested a refund, hopefully I will receive this refund soon, and I can place my order elsewhere

Terrible company, missing parts, ordered some led strip lights, came with missing parts told I should have checked sealed lights soon as delivered. Told they can’t help me in resolving as company is now in Liquidation. Power supply also faulty.

2 faulty floodlights was sent, notified them by emails both were not working, uploaded details on their web for return instructions and full refund within 7 days, all i got is acknowledgement and request being process without any further response.
Will have to notify credit card payment company.

Ordered my items and got a call 2 days later saying they were out of stock but would be in the next week. The next week came and I rang up and was told someone would call me back ASAP.

2 days later still no call back so called again, got told again someone would call me back, still got no repsonse so rang again finally on the 3rd attempt they told me item wasn't coming back in and they were giving me a refund. Whole job is on hold waiting for these and I have lost a weeks work

I bought an outdoor LED PIR security light ("Samsung chip") from this firm in October of 2020. The PIR function on the unit(s) stopped working twice, and each time I was told to send it back for a replacement, which I did. When the third replacement broke this year, I asked for a refund, because A) I don't want to keep receiving lights which aren't up to the task and B) it's very annoying to have to keep going up the ladder, unscrewing the light, packaging it up, sending it back. I was told that Smart Lighting Industries were "unable" to refund me because I bought it so long ago (despite the fact that the final replacement was sent this year) and offered me store credit instead. However, there was nothing else I wanted to buy from them (can you blame me?), so I pushed for a refund. I was told again this wasn't possible (not true - they just didn't want to give me my money back). After a while they simply stopped replying to my emails. Pretty poor experience, and I would caution others to avoid them for this reason.

Ordered LED / Shaver mirror. Arrived promptly and very well / neatly packaged. Unfortunately the transformer was very noisy. Customer services were knowledgeable, prompt and clearly showed their technical expertise as they walked me through some basic diagnostic steps. Problem was sorted very easily.

As my previous review is now a few days old I would have expected a response from the company. Absolutely nothing from these people. Says everything about them. Folks stay away from this shower.

Brought an outside spotlight, cable too short to fit through wall, so now have to purchase a waterproof connector. More cost and trouble than it was worth.
Delivery time was okay. Product questionable.

Smart Lighting is a really terrible company. I ordered a lamp for my bathroom and never received it. I contacted customer service and they claimed that the delivery was completed. They promised to send it again but I never received it either. So I asked to give my money back however they never sent my money back either. Finally, after two weeks of darkness in my bathroom I ordered the lamp from another company and that order has been completed within two days.

A slight delay as item had to be re-ordered but they let me know right away. Excellent customer service when we had to email. Would recommend and will use again.

I ordered 4 downlighters yesterday afternoon and they arrived by courier this morning. No delivery charge and the price was the best I'de found. Really happy with the service.

14 days, still no product - apparently it arrives tomorrow. Blaming the pandemic saying DPD and DX are finding it challenging. Perhaps they are, but since ordering from SLI, myself and my family have placed other orders with companies that use DPD and DX, and they have arrived within 1-3 days. 15 days isn't even acceptable from China, let alone 4 counties away.

Very good - ordered profiles with fittings to assemble custom-shaped fixture. Had to wait for stock to arrive, but was kept informed.
Cutting service was free and profiles were cut very accurately to required angles and specified dimensions.
Also purchased some very good quality CRI 95 tape - best performance/price on the market at the moment, which also was delivered promptly.

1st class service!
Very pleased with my purchase, would highly recommend this company
