SMAART Recruitment Recensioni

Riona is a superstar, had a new job signed and sealed within 1 week of our first meeting. Very Happy, highly recommend!!!

Both Amanda and Scott were wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.

Amanda & Scott were a pressure to work with. They got me an interview within the week & helped me prepare. They were able to help me have a job lined up by the time my secondment at Suncorp had come to an end. I’m beyond grateful for them seeking me out and helping me on the path I am now on.

Amazing recruiter to be in contact with and the staff working here are honestly incredible.

When job hunting the amount of "we are looking for an energetic person to join a dynamic team..." you will have to sift through is incredible. At SMAART they are just up front and honest about everything and will do their best to help you succeed.

I’ve been dealing with Amanda from Smaart recruitment who has been amazing! She has been so helpful along the recruitment process and I would definitely recommend her to my friends who were looking for employment. 5 star service!

Riona from SMAART Recruitment delivered a great support. She recruited in a really quick period of time suitable candidates. Also Stephanie delivered an good service. Especially the ongoing good communication helped us to reach the target in a limited period of time. I can recommend SMAART Recruitments Services.

I can't speak highly enough of Emily, her professionalism has been nothing but first class. From the initial interview to the client interview, Emily was proactive throughout the process. A real positive experience. Delighted to have SMAART recruitment and Emily, as my go to recruiters.

Hands down the BEST recruitment agency I have ever worked with. I used to avoid recruiters before, as I had always experienced the same thing; initial interview, promising the world and then never ever contacting you again. My recruitment consultant Emily was such a breath of fresh air, she provided constant feedback and support across the whole job/interviewing process. It was very clear from the get go that Emily’s main priority is her clients and candidates, her passion and care go beyond 110%.

Emily was amazing with my recruitment process. Very attentive to me and my questions. Gave great advice for interview process and made things very easy and relaxed. Most interviews are a nerve wracking process but Emily knew just what to say and how to help. I didn’t really need to do much other than turn up to my interview and she done the rest. Would recommend anyone in need of a job to see Emily and she will point you in the right direction with the necessary help.

Honestly the best Recruitment company i have ever dealt with. Emily Hockings is the most wonderful lady i have ever worked with. She was a great support and helped me through my journey looking for a workplace that suited me and i was comfortable in. Yet now here i am working for an amazing company Upskilled with an amazing team. Thanks to all for Emily's hard work and belief in me. I would not be able to express how fantastic she was with all her follow ups as well even though i was hired.
Yaren xx

Ishmael made my experience with SMAART Recruitment such a positive one. His people skills are fantastic; he is articulate, communicates very thoroughly and listens carefully. I felt very lucky to have him help me receive a position in a group interview for a fantastic job opportunity.

In my group interview, I really enjoyed the engaging atmosphere that the whole team of SMAART Recruitment provided. They are incredibly professional, while maintaining a really positive atmosphere. I'm very grateful for their service. Keep up the great work, team!

She was one of the best people in recruitment I've associated with. Not only did she help me secure the position I had my heart set on but made the whole process easy. She listened to all my concerns along the way and reassured me throughout the whole process. Without a doubt I would refer everyone I know to her with confidence she would do all she could to assist them.

Best recruitment agency in Sydney!
Unlike a lot of the bigger recruitment agencies, Will at SMAART recruitment had a genuine approach to helping me out. Will was really helpful when it came to giving me advice for my interview. I was successful in the first interview he put me through for and I started work about 2 weeks after meeting him.

A very helpful and professional staff at Smaart Recruitment like Emily and Scott. In my opinion, they are the best recruitment company in Sydney.

Absolutely loved my interview process through SMAART recruitment.
Matt made the group interview fun and gave us insight for the job we were applying for.
I highly recommend the team at SMAART for your next career move.

Natasha was super friendly and encouraging. Very efficient, helpful and informative. Stayed in touch which was appreciated and even checked into see how my first day went! The 'Congratulations' card put a big smile on my face! Thanks for everything!

Natasha has been wonderful to deal with. Coming from someone whom had never been through a recruiter, I’m happy to say I’d recommend her. Natasha keep me in the loop and has since continued her contact.
Thanks again.

Emily was wonderful and so helpful. She gave me a few tips for my interview and encouraged to do my best!

Scott was awesome, we had some delays but he kept me in form the whole time and was wicked throughout the process! THIS GUY NEEDS A PROMOTION! thanks Scott x

I just wanted to say thank you to your recruitment team and especially Matt for the amazing recruitment process! I’ve been to different recruitment places before and I haven’t met anyone as bubbly as Matt and your team. Steph and Matt definitely made the interview process seem fun and easy! I felt like I was speaking with friends. The best part of the interview was probably the ‘activity’ because we got to know one another.

But I couldn’t say thank you enough to Matt for guiding me through with everything. I actually don’t think I could have done it without him! I liked receiving constant calls and being reminded that I had to complete tasks. It also excited me for the first and second interview.
