SMAART Recruitment Recensioni

Had 2 separate lengthy interviews for jobs from Smaart Recruitment this year, Sonja most recently, both of which I'm qualified for and have skills relevant to the industry, these young kids just didn't listen to me, just collecting data, no real job interviews with their 'clients' the fakes agency.
They wasted my time & energy and with NO friggin interview!!! Both jobs had low applicants.

I was lucky enough to have Georgina help me land my dream job, she kept me informed along the process and offered brilliant advice, highly recommend SMAART Recruitment

Jess has been fantastic to deal with. She is by far the most helpful and friendly recruiter I have dealt with, always keeping me in the loop with updates on roles I have shown interest in. She is very proactive and knowledgeable, and I'd have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who is in the job market.

I started working with Jess from SMAART recruitment when a friend of mine suggest I try doing some temp work while I was looking for new work. Jess was very personable and was able to really understand my background in order to find jobs that fit my skill set. She found an office that was after a full-time receptionist to take care of their front desk and she was able to set up the induction process in record time! Once the interview with client wrapped up she contacted me as soon as she got the news I was hired for the site! During my time with the client I was always able to give Jess a call if I had any troubles and she would check in on me to make sure everything was going smoothly! After 9 months the client decided to hire me directly which was a great success! Now that I was a client myself, I was sure to keep in contact with Jess and the team for when we needed an extra hand during events or busy office days! She is always able to find us professional staff and makes the process just a simple from an onboarding perspective. Highly recommend Jess and the team at SMAART!

Jess has been amazing! Never worked with a more transparent recruitment company in my experience. I’ve never felt more confident leaving my job search in someone’s hands. Jess checks in with me makes sure I’m happy with my placement and everything is going good, they actually care where they place their candidates at Smart Recruitment. If anyone is looking for a job I would recommend Jess and the team time and time again!

Thanks guys!

I met with Brigette on Monday and I immediately felt comfortable which helped my nerves settle. I am confident that with Brigette’s help I will find the right job for me.

From the start of my time with SMAART to now, the whole process has been fantastic. Jess has made the experience smooth and simple.

From the first interview it was abundantly clear she is passionate, considerate and cares deeply about doing her job to an extremely high standard. She has always taken into account and expertly balanced the interests of the client and the employer.

I instantly felt comfortable and supported and I have a great job role to show for it! Overall the experience has been genuine and efficient, I can’t recommend SMAART highly enough.

I was employed through smaart recruitment in July last year and it’s honestly been the smoothest process! Jess was very welcoming, always easy to talk to and quick to respond whenever I had any questions! I will definitely be back in contact with Jess again if I return to Australia😊

The representative I was working with was amazing on the phone and email.
They were also prompt with reply and information I requested.
When my initial job application was put on hold with 1 company the representative provided me with other opportunities that matched what I was looking for and encouraged me every step of the way.

Douglas at Smaart worked smartly with a human touch. Listened to my circumstances and did his best to help to me with an opportunity for work. They listen to understand circumstances. Exceeded my expectation.
Thank you and all the best with future endeavours.

Douglas from SMAART Recruitment in Adelaide provided a great experience. From the start, he was professional and genuinely kind, making the process feel much smoother and less stressful. I appreciated his honesty, he was clear and realistic without sugar-coating, always keeping me updated along the way. His consistent communication and reliability made all the difference.

Douglas of Smaart Recruitment was very kind and highly professional when guiding me through the employment process. He explained everything in detail to prepare me for my first job. I highly and undoubtedly recommend Smaart Recruitment to everyone ;)

I received an unsolicited email from one of their directors about a domain for sale. I replied and got a sarcastic (and misspelled) response. If this is considered “professional” I would hate to think what using their services would result in.

Farra is beyond brilliant and was very helpful for someone who just moved here in Au and cant seem to find a job that matches my qualifications. Smaart recruitment did that for me and i am so grateful. Highly recommended! Thanks Farra!

I would really recommend contacting SMAART Recruitment while job hunting. Farra placed me with a job suitable for me in a efficient and timely manner. She was also professional and friendly to work with and listened to what kind of role I was looking for. Very happy with the service they provide

Had a really positive experience with Farra and SMAART recruitment.

She is supportive, kind and intentional with job placements and looking for work & really works to understand what you want to do.

It was my first time with a recruitment agency and a really pleasant experience

Through Smart Recuritment I was able to get the local experience I needed. I’m super excited.
Thank you 😊

After Ishmael’s initial contact the job offer for a temporary position came just over a week later, which I thought developed quite quickly and I was very happy with.
Ishmael was very courteous and helpful – it’s something I really appreciate and it will be great to start at the role.
I really can’t thank Ishmael enough for his help and support.

Riona was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very helpful and accomodating. To be honest I didn’t know what to expect after initial contact was made but so happy with the outcome. Riona your a superstar.

I was interviewed by Theo Vaa on the phone. He sounded very interested in my resume and experience and said that he wanted to move ahead quite quickly. After that his communication died. I had to follow up regarding whether my application will be progressing to the next stage. He was blase when I called and casually said that the company took on someone from the opposition company.
