I wanted to send back the shirts I ordered they were not what I wanted. Instead of doing that they offered to send me two other shirt which I agreed to well I NEVER did get the two other shirts. So I emailed them to once again send the 2 back I ordered. They never got back to me!!!

Love my new tshirts. They are very flattering and easy to dress up or dress down. I only got three but now wish I had one on every colour ♥️

I received my bras yesterday. The fit was perfect but I received the wrong color. Customer service responded and said they will send the correct color free of charge. Truly appreciate their fast response and willingness to make it right.

I was unhappy with the quality of the clothing. I asked to return the clothing, but the return address is in China. After reaching out to their customer service (they were very nice to work with), they came up with a solution that would make both of us a little happier. I appreciate their customer service.

I placed an order for $98.00 one of my package was not the correct color. However the items did not fit according to the size chart and others misguided information. When I went to return this merchandise I was quoted $224.00 to return. My merchandise was less than that. When reaching out to Slomra they explained there is no warehouse in the US. and that it cost the company a costly amount to send out the merchandise. We communicated back and forth on this subject. Finally the said they could refund me no more than 30% only if I would give them a 4 star rating and that I could gift the merchandise or try to sell it.
Why would I give a 4 star rating when I'm out of money and the solution from them was not feasible. They also offered me 15% off my next order. Why would I purchase from this company with the cost of returns and how they try to influence you to give a rating that to me is not deserving. It was also said that they would be getting a warehouse in the US.

You cannot return anything without paying for it to be shipped internationally to China. They do not have a U.S. based distribution facility. Their website indicates an option for a partial refund and when I asked about that, they said it was on the condition of providing a 4+ star review here. When I told them I was pretty sure it violated TrustPilot's policy and that I didn't appreciate being extorted, they agreed to the partial refund. Days later, I got $20 of my $70 order refunded.

I ordered a bra and a bathing suit. The bra was comfortable and fit well. The bathing suit didn’t fit me but customer service was very responsive, and I was happy with the customer service of the company.

These size I purchased was not suitable and I wanted a refund. The customer service representative advised that I did not need to return the item and offered me a partial refund instead. The company abide by their return policy, and I am very happy with their customer service

I ordered three shirts which I liked and the fit was good however one was the wrong color. When I contacted them about the mistake, they said they would send the correct color and I could keep the wrong color free of charge as long as I post a 4 star review and send them a screenshot.

I ordered a turquoise t-shirt and got a green instead. I contacted Customer Support to return it and immediately they shipped the right color and told me I didn't have to return the green one, and keep it as a gift. Their reply was fast and curteous. I am happy with this company. Thanks Customer Service Team!

Talk about going above and beyond great communication ! I had ordered three swimsuits I needed to exchange two of them. They answered my emails within 24 hours. They made sure that I was a happy customer as they replaced the swimsuits. I would definitely do business with them again! As for the swimsuits, they fit amazing great colors, comfort coverage that hit all the boxes for me. I’m definitely a happy customer. Thank you.
