Great Customer Service from a poor product experience
My poor experience turned into a great customer service experience. I had an issue with self adhesive patches and I only wrote to inform of my experience and you sent replacement patches and sealant which I didn't expect nor ask for. Awesome! My daughter will be happy she can go out and ride!

Awesome customer support!
Honest review from a new user of their air inflators. I had a wiring issue with one of their top-line inflators. Without requiring a receipt or proof of issue, they issued a replacement super quick. Excellent communication and product support. I would definitely purchase another product if I had a need for one of their items.

The person who assisted me was very helpful. After trying a fix that did not work, Slime did step up and send a replacement unit! Nice to see a company actually stand behind their product!!

When I contacted your company to explain what happened to my tire pump I received a prompt reply. I was send a UPS label to return item and it was quickly replaced. I did not fill out warranty on it and it was still replaced. Awesome experience. Thank you

My husband took the unit back to where we purchased it and received no assistance regarding a replacement or refund. He threw it in the garbage can.
