My order was accidentally sent to the wrong address. While I noticed my mistake immediately and sent an email to customer service to try fix it, they never got back to me.

I made an order and then immediately wanted to add something to it and sent you an email and have not heard back 24 hours later

Original pump stopped working. I sent an email and a replacement was sent immediately.

Contacted Slime about a faulty unit, was not expecting such quick and efficient response. Received replacement unit no questions asked. I have become a Slime product customer for life. Thank you.

Generally smooth, except that for some reason I could not add items to my cart on my Windows PC browser. I went to my iPhone to order and that worked.

Fast response to my email and my questions. Sent a replacement even though I had lost my receipt.

Laura, a customer service rep, has been rude and disrespectful.

The follow-up has been very slow and poor.

Today I texted her this message: What is the status of my new unit? I have not received it yet.

Laura's response: There in no reason to be rude. I will check and get back to you.

My response to her: Sorry I'm not being rude. I asked a simple question and stated a simple fact. What is rude about that? I've been extremely patient and have received very poor customer service. I bought a product that doesn't work. I've done everything you asked. I sent photos on Sept 28. I am filling out the customer survey today registering my deep disappointment.

Please send a new unit promptly, at no cost

Amazing customer service. When I had trouble with my new inflator, I asked for assistance in figuring out what was wrong. Rather than trying to help with an unrecognizable problem, the company has sent a replacement at no charge.

Although it took a little longer than it should have, the end result was that they took care of me and replaced the product

I appreciate that you took my call and that I got to talk to a Real Person. Karen helped me with trying to figure out what was wrong with Air Compressor. After going through a couple of steps and not being able to fix it. With purchasing it 3 months ago decided to send me another one and I would send the one I purchased back to Slime so it could be looked at figure out why it will not work. This is the third Air Compressor I have purchased in the last 3 to 4 years. They are good and just what I need to help take care of airing up my tires and if I get a low tire while out working or just taking the boat to the lake..
