Didn’t have the wardrobe I ordered and paid for, was never offered a refund only an alternative. I chose an alternative and didn’t hear anything for weeks. I messaged and called via WhatsApp and my messages were read & ignored, when I called I was told someone would call me back. Went back and forth like this 6-7 times until I got annoyed with them, they then booked me a delivery date. The wardrobes were an absolute nightmare to assemble. None of the parts were labelled or numbered. They’re ok quality and would say good value for money but the assembly & the service was awful. Not to mention the alternative wardrobe I got was cheaper than the 1 I ordered and paid for and I’ve still not had the difference refunded despite asking 3 times over the last 3 months

Disgrace of a company. I ordered a wardrobe to be delivered by 6th April as I was going away. The wardrobe didn't arrive so I asked for a refund to be told, no problem we will refund soon. They still have not refunded my money and after telling them over and over again that I am away they then tried to deliver a wardrobe even tho I requested a refund. I tried calling the phone number over 30 times a day, noone will answer and they will lie to you through email and wattsap. Thankfully PayPal are refunding me. Shocking company with shocking service

Avoid at all costs buying from them!!! Bought a wardrobe on Saturday 12th of Feb. Delivery came, we unpacked the boxes and realised that shelves are missing. Reached out to them and they have promised to deliver shelves by Tuesday 15th of Feb. I have been chasing for days, ringing them as well as messaging, they just ignore you. Yesterday we finally received our shelves for wardrobe at 9.30PM. They advertise for same day delivery/next delivery however don't deliver to their service. Quality of the wardrobe is terrible too. I wouldn't buy from them again and would recommend.

I ordered a sliding wardrobe on the 21st November 2021 from this company via OnBuy. It was a present for my Granddaughter, who had just had her first baby and moved into a new home. She was over the moon when I told her.
It should have been delivered on the 8th December, its now 25th January 2022, nothing deliverd. Trying to make contact and get answers is ridiculous.
I can now see the only way forward is card company reversing the payment or small claims court.
What a scam.

I took this company to court, i won, so they took me to court, and they didn’t show up! Small Claims all the way! Terrible company to deal with

this company has stolen my money. said a sofa was coming and i paid and it still has not arrived 3 months later. i have been trying every week to contact them and i keep getting the same message back. saying accounts are looking into it. if anyone had a telephone number for this company that would be great! I think its a scam! be careful

SlidingWardrobes4u.com. If there was ever a furniture company that hides behind a veneer of quality, value and credibility and its all a total lie and fabrication.. I ordered a Sofa from SlidingWardobes4u.com from Wowcher on the 9th December 2021. I am still awaiting for the sofa to arrive. I totally agree with all the negative reviews of the Company. What I can't understand or get my head around is? Why a company like Wowcher would entertain such a company and promote and sell their furniture? Your reputation as a company to your new and existing customers is who associate with? Take Note WOWCHER We have been in touch with both Wowcher and Sliding Wardobes 4u.com. I finally managed to to receive my sofa after much hassle. So as I have received my sofa. I have increased the stars to 4.

Well it is August 2023 and the wardrobe is less than 2 years old and has fallen apart! The parts are coming off the sliding doors, the doors don't slide, the draws have fallen apart! As the doors don't slide I have shards of glass everywhere as it splinters when you try to open it. CHEAP PRODUCT PROVIDED BY A DREADFUL COMPANY WHO SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Dreadful company! DO NOT USE! We ordered our wardrobe from this company via a Wowcher offer and when it arrived the parts were missing. We have been trying for 6 weeks to get the missing parts and the staff are rude, unhelpful and have even put the phone down on us! AVOID!

This company is awful. I ordered a sofa bed in November and was due to be delivered on 8th December which hasn’t arrived. Been trying to contact them since and haven’t had any reply or help from them at all. I have been messaging and calling them everyday since and they have stopped answering the phone or WhatsApp. Avoid this con company at all cost as you will not receive your items. So upset as now for Xmas we will be sitting on the floor with young children !!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are rude inefficient ignore your calls. Give you false delivery dates. They review themselves, they are being looked into by Amazon as they trade here as well. Don't believe the reviews. Your delivery will be a nightmare and you will get no help from the company.

Ordered a wardrobe from this company big mistake. Kept telling us wrong delivery times. Made us wait 3 days before actually Turning up. Have given us a damaged piece and have not replaced it. Still waiting and are not replying back to my messages.

Nothing has arrived paid in full 14/08.
Worse service and no customer service at all. Refused to deliver goods until I closed the case so trying to blackmail me. Asked for a refund a number of times. The people I have spoken to are condescending and insulting. Do not buy anything from this company it will never arrive and they won't give you back your money

Stay away from this company! They have been a complete waste of time, did not deliver product and no response to emails. Note: company also doesn't have a phone number so you can not speak to anyone really. Don't waste your time, money and effort here!

I purchased a large corner sofa via LivingSocial a Wowcher Company the advert detailed that delivery would be £40 and included in the purchase fee in addition I would be contacted within 3 days of voucher redemption to make arrangements for delivery.
I had no communication from them at until 2 weeks after purchase I receive a call from the Delivery Driver saying he was 20 mins away and that in order to complete delivery there would be an extra charge of £25 payable in cash
I have reported my experience via email to the Managing Director without response they have no advertised Telephone Number for which they answer.
I am furious that as a disabled adult I was left to unpack and assemble a large 6 seater corner sofa but also clear space in my lounge to take delivery with only 20mins notice and to add insult extorted for extra charges.
