It was prompt in delivery, quality and beautiful product, value for money and easy to assemble.

I was a little worried after reading some reviews after I already ordered a wardrobe. I was surprised I got a call few days after buying with a delivery date which was earlier than I expected arrived on time well packed and easy to build. Ordered on Thursday arrived on Thursday.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. They take your money, promise various deliver dates, and when nothing shows up, they then decide to ignore all emails, hang the phone up on you and won't reply to their supposed live chat. Be warned, they also trade on ebay under a different name B4Z, but it's the same company. Will be contacting Trading Standars to report this lot. 😡 Gave it one star, as I couldn't comment unless I chose at least one. Actual joke of a company.

I was sceptical as I read a couple of bad reviews but I’m so glad I ordered from them. Delivery is super fast, literally came 2 days after I placed my order. The delivery men were friendly and prompt. The wardrobe I ordered was exactly like the picture. Very happy and would recommend buying from them.

Do not buy from this company!! They do not keep in touch with you nor do they deliver when promised. They take your money and run.. they give all the excuses under the sun to avoid delivering your order but happy to take your money . All previous reviews are not from English people so probably all made up to show a good review online to people to entice you to purchase from them. You’ve been warned…

At first I thought they were a scam because their customer service was a bit poor(I later found out they don't answer emails on weekends despite putting it on their website they are 24/7),I was contacted during the week and an immediate follow up call was put across to me to confirm my order.
My order(sofa) arrived earlier than I expected despite being ordered from Poland (as i was told)and the quality blew my mind away. It was made of good quality material, well packed and safely delivered. It was just as it was in the picture in their website. The customer service was also very helpful(that was after I was contacted through whatsapp).
I however think they need to adjust some of their details on their website as per being available 24/7 (they do not respond to whatsapp messages/calls after 5pm) which is why I gave a 4 star.
Well,I do recommend them and I am positive to use them in the future if need be.

The quality of the furniture is great, easy to assemble, and strong. We bought the set based on the reviews and we are very happy with the quality of the furniture. I highly recommend this furniture set.

Lovely wardrobe, well packaged.
The company could do with checking parts are labelled correctly on the instructions, perhaps separating screws etc. and sending a printed booklet rather than faint photocopies.
The wardrobe is great once built, though.
