Dessutom måste jag säga att de stolar jag köpte var exemplariskt förpackade, så att de inte kunde få några skador under transporten.

The sofa seems well made and looks good. Delivery was fast. However, the only delivery option was on the street, not carried inside. Quite inconvenient with such a heavy piece of furniture.

We only received the mattress for the sofa and we are still waiting for the actual sofa to arrive. It was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 weeks and it’s already been more than that so yes, you didn’t do good.

Shipping takes a while
Shipping was slower than promised, but other than that the order came as promised, in adequate packaging.
Edit: Shipping time was almost a week (5 days) late, from the promised time. Order was placed on 14.2.2023, and arrived on 2.3.2023 at a local pickup point. The time on order confirmation said 6-11 days, although it was difficult to read, to the company using auto translations.

Faulty information/bad translations on…
Faulty information/bad translations on the Finnish site. There’s no home delivery, even when it is mentioned on several places on the site. It’s a street side delivery and this info is told first time on delivery confirmation. This is crucial information for a customer and needs to be very clear on every page, no matter what language version of the site it is. My sofa has now been sitting in DHL warehouse for a week ’cause I have not found a company who would carry it for 10 meters indoors with reasonable costs.
