Always very quick, reliable and reasonably priced. I bought my CPAP machine from Sleepco and many mask and tubing replacements since and they've always been great. My machine has worked perfectly fo... Leggi di più
Very easy to do business with, excellent product, on point pricing. I have been using CPAP for many years and the BMC unit is the best, most comfortable and quietest I ever used.
Practical, high quality products that make using my CPAP so much easier and more comfortable. I didn't realise there were products out there to help with skin irritation and I was struggling badly w... Leggi di più

Generic products, not Resmed
Listing clearly states this is a Resmed product, even uses trademarked Resmed names for products.
The cushion I got was most definitely not Resmed, it was a very cheap generic knockoff that they probably source for $1 from China.
They admited it was not a Resmed product, apologised and said they hadn't updated their site/trademe listing yet. Weeks later they're still advertising Resmed, absolute scam artist.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.

Beautiful review Daniel thanks. Here are the facts:
Daniel purchased a replacement cushion for his F20 Mask.
1. It was listed as a cushion for ResMed F20, there was legitimate confusion in the description leading him to believe it was a ResMed product. This was receieved with authenticity and we've updated the description to be more clear.
2. This is a high quality replacement cushion for the ResMed F20 BUT NOT made by resmed - we've had many happy customers.
3. You were offered a genuine ResMed cushion replacement and refused. 👏
4. You decided to keep, and instead accepted 50% of the purchase cost from us.
5. Left this lovely review on both Trustpilot and Trademe after declining a genuine ResMed replacement cushion and accepting 50% of the purchase cost back from your original purchase.
I could have this review removed, but it speaks of you more than it does of us.
Happy new year, all the very best for 2026 🙏

Great product and good service
I was really excited about the hire service for CPAP machines that Sleep Co offer. Especially the travel equipment which I used as it was so much more economical with space to take a travel one. It was a really easy booking process and they have really good information and tips on their website about equipment and use. The only issue although slight was that the package didn’t come when I expected, however when I reached out SleepCo rectified and shipped overnight to ensure I got it in time. Would highly recommend!

Prompt service.
Prompt service. Great product for the price. Couldn’t get anything cheaper. For me, pickup was 4 km to the warehouse @ morning side’, AKH.

Rubbish
The product was rubbish. It didn't fit properly and looked like it came from Temu. Delivery was slow.

Beware
Ok, well this is now the third request for a review concerning this company and its products. So I won't lie. Both masks I ordered were to small. They did not seal. One leaked air at a join where the air input connects so could not be used without a constant noisey squeal, so rendered useless. The other which was the large, was too small and due to that constantly leaked where the seals were not contacting skin comforatably, so I had to over tension the straps to stop the leaking. After the seccond night, a sore appeared at the bridge of my nose for rubbing under excessive strap pressure. Both masks, over $120 worth, useless after two nights. No refund, but an offer to buy another mask with a small discount. Sure there would still be profit in that, no loss at your end thats for sure. Will NEVER buy again.
