The whole process of deciding, ordering and receiving the products has always been quick, easy and accurate.
The products are very reasonably priced and of an impressive quality.

Buying from Slazenger is simple, straightforward and the deals are great.
The downside is they use Evri as their delivery service and I am not holding my breath to find out if the items actually get delivered anytime never mind in the stated delivery window.

I have been buying Slazenger classic trainers for many years, always lasted well and very comfortable to wear, I found them to be a good price especially when bought from Sports Direct as they're always discounted, I was in need for some more trainers so again I went for Slazenger classic trainers, I have noticed this time that Slazenger have slightly altered the design, tread design has changed and I have just walked for the first time in them a distance of 5miles like I have done many times in my old trainers, found them to have little or no grip with this new sole design, also the top of the back are now straight in design rather than the slight curve downwards and now the new design is rubbing the back of my foot just above the heel, so all in all I will now have to look for something else and pass on the Slazenger classic, shame they had to alter the trainer in this way

I ordered tri pack tennis balls but i recieved only one can.
I sent a mail on monday to your customer service and i did not get a response yet

Swimsuit good, delivery good BUT I paid £32.99 for it and when it arrived it had a sales sticker showing £14.99. I think this is an insult to the customer. Either remove sales sticker before sending or give sales discount before sending.

No customer services contact number!

I paid £11 for next day delivery. The delivery for next day delivery (17.07.26) was confirmed by email. The email updates were appreciated but the item was not delivered the next day. I paid pull price for an item which still had its 50% sale price attached, why was I charged the full price of £36.99 instead of £15? I feel I have been exploited all round.

Ordered two swimsuits totalling over £70. Arrived on time, opened parcel to find both items had been in a sale, tags still attached. Total price £28, complete rip off

Bought a pair of Slazenger Classic trainers recently but have noticed they are terrible in wet conditions. No grip and end up slipping around if attempting to walk anywhere. Thought when sole had worn in slightly the grip might improve but no difference. Major flaw suggesting product testing at fault. Limits usability severely.

Sent review request emails before the order was shipped. Took 3 days to process the order. And when it did arrive was expected 21 cans of tennis balls, received 17.

Also sent loose in a plastic bag so all cans dented. And clearly been packed from a retail store as all of the cans are tacky where pricing or sale labels have been removed.

Thought I was buying direct from Slazenger. Have been in touch with customer services who - despite me sharing a picture from their website that clearly shows a box of 21 cans - have advised that only 18 are due.

Compared to the service from companies like Tennis Nuts and Tennis Point, who actually care about their customers, my experience of Slazenger is that they don't care at all or take any pride in giving customer right information or detail on their website or packing their products in the right way.

Won't buy from them again. Shame given the heritage of the Slazenger brand.

Unfortunately, when backpack arrived, it had a ticket which said 'mega value £10'.
I was charged £19.99!
Arrived quickly, but an expensive error.

What has this company become? Existing on lies and desperation getting worse going by the other reviews here. On the website their classic line of trainers (running trainers) are labelled leather uppers but checking through the range in Sports Direct they show as PU, PVC uppers, which is the diamond logo. Very disappointed as I bought my kids slazengers believing this false advertising at face value.

Great price

I contacted the company to purchase a replacement part for my helmet and was informed that they do not sell replacement parts or spare components for any of their helmets.

While the customer service response was clear and polite, I think it's important for potential buyers to be aware of this policy before purchasing. If a small part becomes damaged, lost, or worn out, you may need to replace the entire helmet rather than just the affected component.

I hope the company considers offering spare parts in the future, as it would be more cost-effective and environmentally friendly for customers.
