hi! you need to work on your customer focus and interest in your customers, not just sales. I spent a long time asking for answers in all messengers, reminding them of myself several times to get an answer to my problem.
the size chart is also very inconvenient: you have sizes 16.6 and 17.2, for example, my finger is 17.
I wanted to give myself a birthday present, but ended up with a ring that is not my size and unpleasant aftertaste inside. I did not want to deal with sending the purchase back and waiting another week for an answer from the manager, so I kept the ring for myself, but I have no desire to cooperate with your brand

We understand it took us some time to get back to you, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. In fact, we reached out to you yesterday - before you left your review - to offer a discount code so you could still take advantage of the Summer Sale, not realizing you had already placed your order.
That said, we’re a bit surprised that you picking the wrong size resulted in a one-star review for us.
Our size chart is designed to be straightforward and provides specific ring dimensions for diameter and circumference, along with size conversions for US, PL, FR, and DE metrics.
Additionally, we include a complimentary ring sizer with every order, so even if a customer chooses the wrong size (which is completely normal), they can easily exchange it for the correct one.
You received the ring sizer as well, so if you’re not satisfied with the size, just let us know and we’ll be happy to replace your ring.

Jestem zawiedziona jakością. Jak inna komentująca, podejrzewam, że to sprowadzana z Azji hurtowo biżuteria, ładnie zapakowana i sprzedawana z dużą przebitką. Niby jest wybór rozmiaru, ale przychodzi pierścionek uniwersalny (z „przerwą” z tyłu), czego nie widać na zdjęciach ani nie jest to wspomniane w opisie. Nie zamówię nic ponownie.

Wszystko dobrze - polecam
Śliczny pierścionek, zapakowany w ładne pudełko i dodatkowo dołączona miarka do mierzenia rozmiaru palca w razie chęci wymiany czy kolejnych zakupów. Szybka wysyłka i odpowiedzi na maila. Polecam! :)

‘Unisize’ is very very small
‘Unisize’ is very very small. You can open it, but it ruins the aesthetic of the ring if you open it too much. Quality could also be better since its open on the bottom and not filled out.
