Just recieved the prettiest ring. Its been a while since I have been that excited for a package, and it totally meets my expectations! Can recommend!

Pierścionek, który zakupiłam jest ładnie wykonany, ale nie ma informacji, z czego wykonane są kamienie. Kontakt z firmą jest utrudniony, na maile i wiadomości nie odpowiadają, ale dość szybko wysyłają zamówienie (2 dni po złożeniu).

Wysyłka zamówienia była dość szybka, przesyłka dotarła po 4 dniach od zakupu. Niestety jeden z pierścionków został dostarczony w niewłaściwym rozmiarze. Mimo początkowych problemów z komunikacją, firma ostatecznie bardzo dobrze podeszła do rozwiązania problemu - udzieliła dużego rabatu na pierścionek w złym rozmiarze, który zdecydowałam się zatrzymać, a dodatkowo bezpłatnie wysłała kolejny w prawidłowym rozmiarze.

Mimo początkowej wpadki ogólne wrażenie z zakupu mam bardzo pozytywne. Pierścionki prezentują się naprawdę ładnie, choć można byłoby jeszcze dopracować jakość kamieni.

I bought the Amalfi Ring for 95€, paid 7€ for shipping, and then about 20€ to return it for an exchange. In total, I spent around 120€. The ring was delivered back to the seller in Poland on July 20, and I followed their return procedure exactly.

Since then, nothing. No exchange. No refund. No reply. I contacted them multiple times by email, Instagram, and their contact form, and was completely ignored. I had to escalate the matter to European consumer protection channels just to get the kind of basic follow-up any legitimate company should provide without being chased for.

At this point, they have my money, I have nothing, and their after-sales support is effectively non-existent. That is not a mistake: that is disgraceful.

I had a crack on one of the rings and the customer service took some time to respond. After waiting patiently I got a reply with an explanation and guidance how to send the ring back for a replacement.

I really wanted to leave a positive review because I genuinely like the ring. The quality is great.

When I first contacted support because the ring was too big, they replied after a couple of days. They suggested that I order the correct size right away and simply return the first ring for a refund. That sounded perfectly reasonable, so I did exactly that.

The replacement ring arrived without any issues, and the returned one was delivered back to them quite a while ago.

Since then, I've been trying to get an update about the refund, but it's been over a week with no reply at all. I've sent several messages, and they've all been ignored.

What frustrates me isn't the waiting itself. I understand that refunds can take time. What I don't understand is how difficult it is to send a short message confirming that the return has been received or letting me know when I can expect the refund.

It's a shame because I really liked the brand at first, but the complete lack of communication after the return has completely changed my impression.

I'll happily update this review if the issue is resolved.

Super jakość i design! Szybka wysyłka oraz ładnie zapakowane

Rings look different in person than on the website. Customer service is un existent. I ordered a wrong size and not a single email was answered. Luckyly I live in Poland so I made a return all by myself guided by instructions on their website. So I have to wait for someone to pick up my return, reimburse my money, and then buy the right size again.

Pierścionek tak piękny, jak prezentuje się na stronie. Do zamówienia dołączona miarka umożliwiająca sprawdzenie średnicy palca do wymiany lub kolejnego zakupu w przyszłości. Niesamowicie ułatwiało mi to życie ;)
Kontakt z klientem mailowy - bardzo przyjemny.

Ring is so good that my wife plans on ordering 3 more! Fedex took ages to deliver it, but it is worth every cent, i assure you, it is realy unique piece of jewelry

Piękny pierścionek, wszystko super.

Bardzo polecam zakupy! :) Na początku kupiłam pierścionek, ale kompletnie pomyliłam się z rozmiarem. Wymiana na właściwy przebiegła szybko i bez problemu, a firma dodatkowo poszła mi „na rękę”, bo bardzo zależało mi na czasie. Pierścionki są śliczne i wyglądają dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach.
