I was diagnosed with black lung in September 2020 and Shawn has just got it finalised in Oct 2023,3 years, well done Shawn. From my first conversations with Shawn I was filled with confidence and asurity of a good out come. Shawn realy did give me the feeling that he was working in the best interest of me. He was very prompt with his communication and never left me pondering what was going on,very professional attitude. Never left me with false hopes and exsplained everything at a level that I could understand. The outcome at the end says it all,and in 3 years, I take my hat off to you Shawn,your professionalism was greatly appreciated. And at the end of the day your estimates were achieved, I could not ask for a better result. But let's face it ,you couldn't have done it without Bronte. Yes Bronte,another one that conducts herself with the utmost professionalism. The 654 times that I range her she was always 110% ,a pleasure dealing with you Bronte, you always had the right answers for me, and you always got back to me promptly if you didn't have the answer. A very good team to have when dealing with the most important situation in my working career. I needed to submit paper works for my injury claims to DVA,  I was so worried  about the claim submissions and the whole process. Pia Annan-Anderson (Military Compensation Lawyer) and Ash were fantastic! They secured me and my family a fantastic result. Communication was always at a high standard and they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend for all DVA claims.

They have always had the answers to questions I have had or returned with the answer in a quick time frame. They knew the area they were supporting me in (DVA and Disability payments). The staff were empathetic and always kept me in the loop with how my case was progressing. Teegan and Jessica were who I delt with the most and saw my case come to fruition and they were really professional, as was Brian who oversaw the whole case.

Good service but they charge me too much. Yes my disability income support was approved but they are getting 40% out of my monthly income support of 1000. So I am only getting 600 a month. I begged if I can pay my outstanding balance in full but with a discounted price, I was rejected. Much worst, I was given a wrong computation for a higher amount. Furthermore, I have been paying consistently for seven months and when I missed a payment this April 2023, they send me an email using the word "chasing" and I dont like it. I feel like I am a criminaI.
I know my obligations and they just dont understand my situation of struggling daily cost of living with 600 in my pocket. I am a 56 year old lady who cant work hoping I can receive my income support in full without deducations so I proposed If I can pay the outstanding balance in full but with a discounted price. I was rejected and it just feel so bad. So disappointed.
