I have never gone through a claim process before, this is my first time. The people at Slater and Gordon have really looked after me. This case has now dragged on for nearly three years, and I’ve lost count of how many caseworkers I’ve been assigned. Unfortunately, each new one seems less competent than the last. Communication is abysmal—I rarely receive responses to my emails. I deeply regret choosing this company and wish I had gone elsewhere. At this rate, I worry this will never be resolved.

We cannot thank Guvinder Samra enough for the incredible help and support she provided in securing a fantastic residential college placement for my 21-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy and complex needs.

Very poor service 5 years since RTA and this company continually cause delay in progressing my case.…
It has been five years since my car accident on 2/1/2020 and my case is still not complete. I have made 2 complaint to the care team. Today I email my case handler whom I ha e not had an update since 30th December 2024. I received an automated email that she no longer works for the company. The service I have had is extremely poor. I would not recommend this company. In addition I have not been a le to speak to anyone via their phone lines.

Jenniffer Brunt & Sue Baldwin made a difficult time so straight forward. Emails were always responded to promptly and the whole process was seamless.
Providing me with a fixed-fee price was also a bonus knowing that no additional costs would be involved.

Injury claim.
What can I say but I’ve had a fantastic experience dealing with Slater and Gordon. Initially I was a little nervous about how the process would go but I got reassured by Donna Rose that all would be fine and that it was. She walking me through all the processes during my claim and kept me informed and updated on any changes made or if any extra information was needed from me.
I would highly recommend this law firm as they are professional efficient and take the care of their clients seriously, aiming for the best possible outcome in getting you the compensation you deserve.
