Sky High Shoes Recensioni

A VERY professional service throughout...this is how you should do business online. From ordering, to payment, to tracking, to delivery through to the product packaging itself was a masterclass in online trading. Had I been buying a medium sized aeroplane I probably would not have had such seamless service. The communication and delivery promises exceeded all our expectations and my daughter actually had her gargantuan Demonia 'Judge Dredd style' boots a week earlier than expected. I am certain that I will be buying with SHS again.
So...if you seek something quirky and see it on sale with these guys then have NO fears....go ahead and buy....you will be glad you did.
Sky High Shoes....for a Sky High service.
Mike.

Jon at Sky High Shoes went above and beyond to source a pair of Demonia boots from the US at short notice for me. Result was one very happy customer and a very happy daughter on Christmas morning. Great communication and customer service throughout and amazing boots. Thanks again Jon :)

Great transaction.

Royal Mail hardly pulled up trees regarding delivery but that's their fault not Sky High's.

Communication was superb and kept me updated all through the order. I liked the extra packaging to protect the box, it's a small detail but makes a difference.

Great and helpful service, fast delivery to Poland, beautiful shoes. I will be back again ;)

absolutely AMAZING customer service!! got me my dream shoes that were discontinued, held then for a good 2 week and guided me through the payment process, extremely supportive and kind, I’d like to say a big thank you to Jon for all the help with customer service.

the SHOES ❤️ i am in LOVE with the shoes, they were posted and arrived the same day! 👀 they are in brilliant condition, super comfy, exactly like the picture and as described, overall they’re absolutely amazing and i WILL be shopping here again

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this website !! The customer service was absolutely excellent, Jon was super helpful and went out of their way to help me get the demonias I wanted. If you're looking for a UK stockist Sky High Shoes are it !! It was a great shopping experience and I would recommend, will definitely be purchasing from here again !!

My husband wanted to order me a specific pair of pleasers for valentines and left it rather late. I spoke with Jon from sky high and I can't thank him enough he went above and beyond ordering the shoes from America before I had even purchased as he wanted to make sure they would arrive to me on time before I spent any money. Will 1000% be ordering from these again and won't even bother to look elsewhere due to the amazing service I received I couldn't of asked for more. Thanks again

I was really happy with my demonias, which arrived really quickly- only 2 days after ordering them! The quality of the shoes is great, and they are demonias- not a cheap remake.

Fast delivery.
I think I'll be ordering my demonia boots from here now!

From start to finish a first class service. I called the store prior to placing our order, and the advice and information given was perfect - thank you. My daughter loves her new Demonia shoes.

This company went over and above to source a pair of demonia boots for a gift in time for Christmas. Even contacting me out of office hours, excellent communication and customer service. I was actually hesitant to use this them before as like a lot of demonia suppliers they don’t hold stock in U.K... I shouldn’t have been as delivery was very quick and they are one of the only companies that explains the process step by step on the website, instead of just telling you it’s longer than usual U.K. delivery times.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will probably go there first to look for demonias or alt styles.

Wonderful Service
I ordered some shoes in early December 2020, and they placed the order from the USA immediately and within a few days they had already received and shipped it to me. I live in Cyprus (EU), it took just over a month for the shoes to arrive from the UK, but I suspect it was due to the slow Christmas package traffic. They were really helpful and supportive when I reported that my shoes were taking too long to arrive and kept in touch with me to update me on any forward deliveries. Wonderful service, and will definitely suggest and recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much SkyHighShoes!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service and communication. Product quality excellent, will definitely use this site again ! Thank you so much

Jon went out of his way to get my daughters boots delivered for Christmas. He emailed me with regular updates always truthful which is more than I can say about other companies i had tried to order from. I will definitely be ordering her next boots via this company. And my daughter absolutely loves her new boots. Cant thank jon enough. He made her Christmas

The shipment was really fast and I was informed about everything in details each time. Very happy with the discounts you offered. Thank you!

Was trying to order something that needed to be dispatched from the US in the weeks before Christmas. I was kept informed and updated all along the way. And the shoes were received as promised in time for them to be given as a present. Highly recommend Sky High Shoes. One of the best customer service experiences i have ever had! Thank you Jon.

bought some demonias and they are just exceptional, thanks a lot!

Fantastic service and speedy delivery. Customer service was outstanding - they contacted me to advise that an elusive pair of demonia boots were in stock and sent them on a speedy delivery just in time for Christmas.
