I used the web chat function to make initial contact and Nora was very responsive and responded to my questions efficiently. I then had a telephone conversation with Nora and organised payment. Even though I lost mobile signal Nora ensures to call me back to complete the booking. Very happy with the service received.

The advisor Norton sharp was very helpful and even helped me with checking in on line

I travelled to Poland in March 2023 with Sky Blue Holidays and it was fantastic so I wanted to book with them again.
Jack was very very helpful and was very patient with me as I asked a million questions!
The staff are very attentive and polite, even with changes, he was able to help without a problem.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book a budget holiday. It's great quality at a much lower price.

I had a satisfactory experience by the end after a very bad experience of being told there were no flights so I needed to go with what I was offered (hotel) as I may not get a holiday. This was while I was about to book flights on easyJet but was told that they flights are not live. I believed this as I had not travelled for over 5 years otherwise, I'd not have been caught out.
Later I called the airline and they said that if I was about to pay, then the dates were available.

Initially, unhelpful and some of the agents lied/misled. There seemed to be nobody in charge and if they are in charge, they do not want to engage except for sending the same emails from admin that do not address the questions. I have changed my review as I did get help from Jerry but in the end, I had to pay more money which I would not have to have done if they helped the day after we booked when prices were the same. I knew this as I got someone to call and do a new booking for the hotel I wanted and the dates - I was quite flexible. I am glad I changed hotels as I still had to spend 2/8 days at the hotel I was manipulated into booking and it was empty for a reason: it was falling to bits, although clean. The pictures of the Royal Mirage are way better than reality and it is more like a 2/3 star. The staff there were nice but Skyblue wanted me to pay the same amount for that vs Hyatt!? I would have been really unhappy if I did not push for a change. If my review made this travel agent fix up, then good! It will help others.
