Easy to order. Good range of products and good prices. Quick delivery and although there was a scratch I received excellent customer service.

The service was very good, the item that was purchased was in excellent condition when it arrived & packed very well, it was excellent value for money compared to other companies I looked at. Very happy with my purchase from this company.

Wasn't concerned when I placed my order, but its been a week now and starting to get concerned as not been given any eta and cannot get hold of anyone on the phone, and aftersales email is very slow responding with only minimal information and still no eta details.

Bit sceptical but they delivered a good quality shower unit and tray at the best price around.
No telephone helpline but they do email you back when you send them an email.
My daughter also ordered and they delivered. We have had a good experience but I would have preferred a human to speak to if a problem arises. Great prices though and if you dont like to pay too much, worth a risk.

I ordered a Bifold shower door Inc frame. Wrong size ordered. I contacted them via email to discuss this (email picked up by Lisa). Communications very good, small fee to pay to have the return picked up,(This was fully explained to me). Money refunded very quickly. Now reordered the correct size. Overall very impressed with the way I've been dealt with, very good customer service. Very reasonable prices, quick delivery, Would I recommend Sky Bathrooms? Yes most definitely.

Product ordering through to delivery was very simple. The screen is well made and easy to assemble. My only criticism is that the instructions and screw pack could have been clearer but I would definitely buy another from Skybathroom when upgrading my next bathroom.

I had a great experience with Sky Bathrooms. The price was excellent as it was much better than other places I looked at and the service was just as impressive. One small part was missing from my order, but they sent it out quickly with no fuss. Communication throughout was clear and responsive. Highly recommend!
