Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. After waiting three weeks for our order to ship with absolutely no response to numerous emails and also the website chat function. Thankful that I have an Apple Card and can file a dispute easily. I’ve already received a refund through my credit card, but still not a single word from the seller. I found it hilarious that I received an email asking me to rate my purchase from the site before it had ever even shipped. I gave a very honest review but when you hit submit, it says it will be reviewed before being posted. Surprise, my review was never posted to their site. Absolutely do not recommend skoggy.com. I would never use them again.

I placed an order in March & it’s now 22nd July! I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Customer ‘service’ is useless & when they actually bother to reply they don’t resolve the situation they just try to fob me off with excuses. It’s frustrating & disgusting, unprofessional & rude.

7th December, I ordered a Onesie for my daughter for Christmas. Receipt said delivery in 1-2 weeks. I’ve contacted them four times but no response. Nothing.

Despicable company preying on people whose kids like Djungleskogs. Do not order from them. I am going to have to attempt recover of the money I paid from my bank.

Sad.

Don’t order from this company. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam.

I ordered a sun bear for $125 on November 27. It is now been in transit for 25 days. No one will help me at the company. I have reached out at least 40 times via email. I had a response once from someone named Valerie from customer service who said that she would look into it and get back to me and She told me she will look into why my tracking has not updated after that. She emailed me to tell me that she was closing my goddamn ticket without resolving my problem. Now she’s ghosting me .
It’s now three days until Christmas and I am without the only gift my daughter wanted for Christmas.
This has been the worst experience, awful customer service do not recommend.

UK BUYERS BEWARE

Great products, but expect to wait up to a month to receive your items. Oh, and a hefty import fee for shipping to the UK.

I ordered two Skoggy’s: one came directly from the US, which arrived in about 2-3 weeks with no problem whatsoever, and the other from Germany in about 4. However, before I could receive the second Skoggy from the German warehouse, I had to pay an import VAT invoice of £46 to Parcelforce (this isn’t included in the shipping fees on the actual website, but rather, it arrives by post when the item reaches your local depot.) Wasn’t expecting this, so was a little disappointed, as I had to spend an additional 1/3 of the total cost just to receive it.

Customer service is friendly, though. Quick to reply of Facebook (Valerie is lovely.)

Had to send LOTS of emails

Cons:
-It took much longer than they said it would. Shipping is claimed to take ~2 days on their website and it was almost an entire week before anything even moved
-it is overfilled so it doesn't have the same floppy look the pictures.
Pros:
-After pressuring customer service to get the order moving, they were helpful
-it's still pretty cute; my bf loved it

Order came defective. Never got replacement. Now I'm being ignored.

Ordered a jumbo skog and it arrived defective. I asked for a replacement and it took them three days to even respond. It's now been a week and they won't respond to me. They said they would ship me a new one and then never did. Now I get zero responses at all. Don't order from this site unfortunately you won't get a quality product which is absolutely ridiculous considering they charge $125. Don't waste your time. I'm seriously disappointed.

Do not order from this company - total scam!!
I ordered 2 Giant Frogs for Christmas gifts for my kids on Nov. 8th! There has been NO movement on my package - still says pending and when I email support they just say to give it time?? I am out $250 dollars, now have to go to my cc. Do not order unless you are prepared to lose money. Wish my kids had never found the website.

Worst customer service known to man

I order buy one get one free jumbo skoggy on October 27th, they're website messed up and undercharged me, they email me explaining the issue. They take over a week to respond to my reply, finally I get a response on the 12th of November and pay the full amount for my plushies. Now I've been watching shipping and it's been sitting in the same warehouse spot not moving for over 2 weeks it's almost been a month (it's November 26th) and I still haven't got my package. I am beyond angry and disappointed in this company, that I don't even want the stupid bears anymore. This company is not worth your time and or your money.

Stay away from this company

I saw that a lot of people have had difficulty with receiving their bear, but took a chance anyway. I chose 2-week shipping, and if the tracking is accurate, it won't get to us til 3 weeks after it was ordered. Should've listened to the reviews. The CS rep is nice but of no assistance. What's frustrating is that they create the shipping label quickly, giving you false hope that you'll be one of the lucky ones whose item comes fast, but then it sits. And sits. And sits. And at one point you'll watch your item arrive and depart the exact same facility several times. The company tells you they use a 3rd party shipping partner and have no idea where your item is or why it might be leaving and arriving the same facility multiple times. When you look up info on the shipping partner (in my case it was Fast Track Express), you'll see murmurs that it's a front for a shipping company in China. And, yet, Skoggy.com likes to say their bears are "stuffed, assembled, and shipped in the USA" (google "skoggy.com" and "assembled in the usa"). And even if it's not a Chinese shipping company, it's interesting to note that my tracking number say that my item FINALLY arrived with USPS via Chicago's "International" Distribution Center. I think this company fraudulently claims to make its items in the US but it does so internationally.

I LOVE GRODASKOG

My Jumbo Grodaskog arrived and I could not be happier! He is very very soft, I love how cuddly he is! He was a little deflated from the shrink wrapping at first but I moved around his stuffing and fluffed him up and he looked great in no time. I ordered my Grodaskog at 10pm on Sunday and he was expected to arrive on Wednesday, but he arrived a day earlier than expected! (11am Tuesday). Thank you skoggy.com

Almost perfect but not quite

Fabulous experience only suggestion I would make is to stuff it more the neck is very under filled even after letting it expand for several days so I will have to add more stuffing myself which is a tad disappointing

Amazing Frog!

The shipping was quick, had my SkoggyFroggy at my door in just a few days after ordering.
It took me almost a year to talk myself into buying one, but now I regret not getting one sooner. I love my new companion. They're so squishy and soft to the touch, also much larger than I was expecting <3

Horrible service

Horrible service. Purchased a cowboy bear in February for a March birthday. Arrived late and without the cowboy outfit. Took another 3 weeks for the outfit to show up— sent for the wrong size bear. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. AND COWBOY OUTFIT IS CHEAP IN APPEARANCE.
