I bought Gentle Cleanser
I bought Gentle Cleanser, Even Blend Serum and Retinol. I have just used for 3 days and having red marks under my eye area. Such a bad experience with this product.

We are very sorry to hear that you've had an adverse response to the products you have purchased, it's certainly not something that should occur when using the Skinstitut range appropriately.
Just in case you were unaware, our Retinol serum must be slowly incorporated into a skincare routine. You only need to apply a pea size amount to the skin, strictly at night and avoiding the eye area. It is quite normal to experience some initial redness and/or some dryness or flakiness when first using Retinol. The skin under your eye is more sensitive than the rest of the face, and as retinol increases your cell turnover it really isn’t appropriate to be applied to this area as it can potentially lead to irritation. We do recommend to following up with SPF after cleansing in the morning, as the Vitamin A in our Retinol Serum does increase your sensitivity to the sun.
When applying even blend serum, the eye area must also be avoided. This serum is fine to use both day and night. As you have experienced an adverse response, it’s best to remove active products from the skin routine completely, then more slowly introduce again once the skin has returned to normal. I have used these products for several…
I have used these products for several years, and continue to use them even though the dermal business I first started using them from have moved onto another businesses product. My only grievances about the products is when I order the 5 product bundle direct from Skinstituit it costs one price, but if I order from Australian Laser Clinics, they were $10 less, which was odd. Also, I can't stand the lid of the serum, because it squirts all over the place when you open it and a lot gets wasted, they original lid years ago, was much better.

Bought two gift packs
Bought two gift packs, expecting them to at least come in some sort of packaging (even just two little cheapie bags or something) but the products all came loose in the one box and not separated at all so I had to go out and buy alternate packaging.
