Return policy isn't good. Customer service was not helpful.

This company is a scam. Beware. Paid more than £100 for product. Courier which is DHL delayed delivery twice and then sent back the products without attempting to deliver again. Worse thing is, contacted customer service regarding this twice, but they did not respond at all. Theres no customer service. Its a joke.

Excellent service. Brilliant product knowledge and all round sound experience. These ladies know their stuff!!

Terrible! They left me without product on my business opening day ! No response, no number to call them ! Super rude and unprofessional!

Do not order from here. It is a scam. Nothing ever came, order hasn’t even been shipped and it’s been over a month. Customer service doesn’t reply despite multiple attempts.

Very bad reaction to SPF cream
Tightness and extreme dryness of skin. Red marks under eye area
Skin very irritated and sore. Unable to apply anything to soothe my skin as yet
Obviously very disappointed as products are so expensive

Have been using the products for years! They are bloody amazing! I especially love the gentle cleanser. I used to have cystic acne back in high school and this really helped my skin and I still use it to this day! I must commend the Skinstitut for the new packaging. As a designer I think it is bloody beautiful and a tremendous upstage from their previous packaging. Overall LOVE! Favourite skin care brand by far!

Had this product for about a month now. Used 2 different cleansers, morning and night and a moisturiser. My skin has started to break out and I noticed their products contain Parfume which I hate for skincare. Very bad for skin so I won't be repurchasing.

I am so in love and trust their products especially the marine grade collegen in powder form. I am on my 4th jar now and I definitely feel it on the inside it contributing to my skin in a big position way! I have one teaspoon everyday in my home mage smoothies and I highly recommend it for sure!
