Repeat customer
Bought twice from Skin Rocks now, and as well as the products being brilliant, they dispatch quickly, and use Royal Mail, which I prefer to other carriers as it's more straightforward to arrange redelivery if I'm not in. I use their Retinoid 1 which is easy to use and kind to my skin.

Customer service is phenomenal - prompt replies & very helpful. I have only tried one product from Skin Rocks but it has become a staple in my routine & I have already got my refills stocked. I needed a new refill of the Retinoid 2, which is brilliant for my skin. I also got the Support oil to try and I could read that I needed it. I have never read from a brand : You don't need this.... Which is just amazing .

Luxurious and Effective
Caroline Hirons' advice about product and application have been spot on! I was curious to see how her own line of skincare would compare to some of the brands I've used based on her recommendations. I love the two products I purchased: moisturizer and face oil! They are rich in texture without being heavy, and the moisturizer is almost half of what I was paying but just as luxurious and effective, if not better. On both product lids she provides a circle to guide how much product to use- very clever! Delivery was fast even with international shipping. I'll be a continuing customer for sure!

Very informative and straight forward- no faff and the shipping was really fast. I've tried the moisturiser and so far my skin loves it and there are very few things that my skin won't react to. It also makes my skin feel nice and comfortable.
