This company is based on scamming the customer. The "trial" is a bait and switch.
I ordered the "trial" on November 4th. On November 6, my card was billed for $34.94. I wasn't sure what was up with that as I never received any additional product. I then noticed that I was charged again on December 12 for product I neither requested nor wanted.
I just spoke with them on the phone, twice. The first time I was hung up on by the woman who answered and she never took any information, such as mailing address to verify the shipping though she claimed to have pulled up my account then basically hung up when I disputed her contention that the product had been shipped and delivered.
Upon immediately calling back, I got a different woman who did confirm my delivery information. I was then informed that the initial charge for ~$35 was the balance for the FULL price of the 'trial' which is why I hadn't received anything from that. I then told her that I was charged again on Dec 12 with nothing to show for it. She said that was shipping date. This past Saturday and she believes that I should have gotten it already.
I told her that I am cancelling my subscription which she didn't want to hear and tried offering me all sorts of inducements not to, prefaced by "Well, how about we do..." this, that or another thing. I responded with "Well, how about we just cancel my subscription NOW and I have nothing more to do with your company. And if the latest shipment isn't in my mailbox this afternoon, I WILL be calling you in the morning and will be much less pleasant than now."
She then assured me that she is cancelling me from any further orders and I will be receiving an email today in that regard.
We shall see

I'll be honest; I haven't actually tried the chocolates. But I saw an ad for them and thought it sounded like a product I could enjoy while dieting. $4.95 for 30 pieces of "zero sugar delicious Belgian chocolates" sounded like a good deal to me. There didn't seem to be any catches, so I placed the order. THAT'S when I discovered that placing this order would automatically enroll me in a $35 a month "members only" autoship program. Sure, you have seven days to cancel, but that's seven days according to them. I've heard all too many complaints about similar programs where customers have tried to cancel before the charge appeared on their credit cards, but it takes time to process these cancellations, often not enough time to prevent the order from getting charged. Bear in mind that there was NOTHING about this "members only" program while I was placing the order - the information only appeared after I had already completed the process, when it was too late to cancel the transaction. When I called their customer service, they said they had no record of my purchase. OK. We'll see if any unexpected charges show up on my checking account in the next 30 days. In any case, I don't know why anyone would want to sign up for a program that sends you $35 worth of chocolate every month. Sounds to me like an instant invitation to obesity.

They will charge you $35 after 7 days after you get the trial. Product itself is ok.

I tried this product because I wanted a Keto-friendly chocolate. They hide the fine print--if you don't sign up for their subscription, they charge you a higher price. I found that out only AFTER I received the charge. The receipt in the order did not list prices. The product was okay, but I will NEVER order from this company again.

I wish i had read these reviews prior to ordering my free chocolate.. Agree with all the reviews. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Incredibly misleading info, $40 for a mediocre box of chocolate.. life is not like this box of chocolates!!

The chocolate was delicious but I was SO disappointed with the lack of customer service! First, I was scammed into paying almost $75 for two bags of chocolate, when I thought I was just getting a "free trial" for five bucks. I told them I would NEVER pay that kind of money for chocolate, and there was no way I could eat that much chocolate every month. Nevertheless they insisted on charging me for two bags of their hugely expensive chocolate before I was able to cancel my "account". DON'T ORDER - IT'S A SCAM!

1. The product is not very good. Choczero is much better.

2. They bombard you with advertising.

3. They are crazy expensive.

4. They put you into autoship so the product keeps coming at the crazy price and insane shipping charges.

5. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. No option online and they will not accept a cancellation by email.

These fools will not remove me from their email lists.
I cannot purchase online, even if i wanted to!...... And I don't.
Serial pests is the term which suits here.......

Get a FREE bag of chocolate.....just pay shipping, Make sure you read the fine lines at that bottom cause if you dont call in 7 days you get charge you $31.49 after that for the bag you already got........

I tried the "Free" trial and was billed and had to call and cancel subscription like everyone else. However, I like the chocolate for my low carb diet. So, I place a order for 5 boxes to get the 25% discount and free premium shipping. Website says it will now ship in 5 days. I call 8 days later, where's my order? My account shows pending and the 5 boxes are out of stock. This guy tells me that my credit card won't go through, I said I call BS it posted to my account to days after I ordered and you have still not shipped. Let me check with my associate he says. 7 or 8 minutes later he comes back with your order is pending and we need more time with your order. How much? Give us another 24 hours. I said 24 hours then I dispute the transaction. I also mentioned the free premium shipping, he replied if that what the webite says.

Like some of the reviews here, yeah the paper I also bought is 64% plagiarized. How am I supposed to use that thing. I bought the paper for about $350

Do not order from this company. The chocolate is high in calorie and super high priced. Also, they enroll you on auto subscription and only would accept cancellation through phone and give you no record. If you don't call or cancel within 7 days, they charge you for the "free" trial that you already received.

In September when I was charged $40 for a box of candy, I called and specifically stated I didn't want the candy. The lady I spoke with said she would fix yhe subscription but that I would need a label to return the chocolate. I hesitate to go to the Post Office so I kept it. This month I was charged another $40 and the operator I spoke with claimed he had no record of last month's call. Now I am stuck with $80 worth of average chocolate. I have called my bank and told them no longer to accept charges from this company. They are dishonest and certainly not worth $80 for chocolate.

Too bad that half of the selections are immediately shown as sold out! Also when putting a second large box into the cart after it says add another for a better price there is still no reduction in the price. The chocolates are good but quite expensive unless you get a deal

My Wife and I are on the Keto diet. This diet consists of low carbs and no sugar. That means mostly no candy or chocolate for us. So we have been on the hunt for keto friendly desserts. All of the products we tried just were not satisfying and had a weird taste and or texture.

My local Ralphs just started carrying SkinnyMe and have Milk Chocolate in stock. To my surprise the label showed net zero car s! Plus it said milky on the cover. We nevwr had milky texture with keto ice cream.

After our first bight we were blown away! It tasted so good! Obviously the flavor will never match the real stuff, however it is close enough to be enjoyable. The real trick is to eat macadamia nuts at the same time! You will feel like you are eating those famous Hawaiian macadamia chocolate.

I love what I got. I had two experiences like others where the chocolate is melted before I get it. When it melts it turns grey and flaky. My biggest problem is that I have only had one kind, since all the others are always out of stock! No response as to when I might get something and no response as to the safe delivery of product.

The Chocolate I have tasted from this company is terrible. Course it might be because they delivered on my doorstop, in the bright california sun and it was a melted pile of goo. I told them this and they did it on the second delivery also. The customer service rep I spoke with was not very nice and did not want to listen to what I had to say.
